You can restore wilted flowers & by soaking them in water.
So what would be better to wilt them Tap water or Distilled water?
Explain in detail...........!

Tap water would be better. When a plant cell is placed in a solution with a higher concentration of solute (as found in tap water, as opposed to distilled water), the water in the cells moves toward the solution. The plant cells shrink and the flower "wilts". If you want to accelerate the effect, add table salt to the tap water to artificially increase the solute concentration of the tap water.

osmosis is the process of movement of the solvent molecules from a region of their higher concentration to a region of their lower concentration. when flowers are placed in tap water, and if the tap water is more concentrated due to dissolved ions and minerals, then water will start moving from cells of the flower to the outside solution. hence wilting will take place
