If a pesticide inhibits Acetylcholinesterase(an enzyme that breaks down acetylcholine, what response would you expect in a case of accidental poisoning with the pesticide?

C. Too much acetylcholine will be released at the neuromuscular junction.

if theres nothing to break down the acetylcholine then there will be more excititory incidences..its pretty logical

i think b. definitely not A. and Ca or some other precursor is responsible for acetylcholine release. acetylcholine attaches to receptors on the muscular side and are degraded by acetylcholinesterase. if acetylcholinesterase is inhibited, pumps will (i think sodium pumps cant remember) continue to open thus continued muscular contraction.
