My solution (if correct) is
3x + 4y = 8
4y/4=(-3x+8)/4
2^2y/2^2=(-3x+8)/2^2
y= (-3x+8)/2^2
y= (-3x+8)/4
y= -(3/4)x+8

a) y = (3/4)x + 2

b) 6x + 8y = 16

c) y = -(3/4)x + 8

d) 3x - 4y = 8

I see the equation as letter "c", but do not understand the inequality question.
