I think there is a misconception here.
When you clone yourself, you get an embryo that has to develop and will have to grow into a baby. That is if you are 20 when you clone yourself, your clone will be 20 years younger to you.
Now, this clone would have born the same way you and I were born. He would have grown up just like all of us.
He is an individual, a human being just like any other human being on the earth.
If somebody kills him. That is a murder.
If you kill your clone. you don't kill yourself. You kill another human being who happens to have a DNA similar to yours.
So, it is a murder.

A cloned individual is just that - an individual. So if you were to re-word that question...
If...I killed "an individual" would it be suicide or murder?

Well if the clone doesn't get a social security card then your good. Otherwise murder.

It would be murder because even your clone is different from you, they grew up in a different environment, by different people, actually its most likely that your clone would be nothing like you.

Your clone would be considered a human being as if you had a twin brother or sister. It would be murder unless you please insanity or self defense

Murder but you could always scrach yourself up and call it self defence, the DNA is the same and there would be no way to prove differently.
