I need to find images from Transmission Electron Microscopes (1), Scanning Tunneling Microscopes (2), compound light microscopes (2), and stereomicroscopes (2). I can find some images for the TEM and stereomicroscope, but no magnification. I can't find anything for the other two. Does anyone know where to find good images for this or have any themselves?

If you have an EM image and don't know the magnification, the only way to figure it out is by finding an object of known size in the image. Erythrocytes (red blood cells) are a good marker. Red cells are just about 7 microns in diameter. So, if you find a good longitudinal section of a red cell in the image, you can measure its length as it appears in the image. If it measures 2 cm (20,000 microns) in the image, then the magnification of the image as printed is 20,000/7, or 2857x Other markers can be used at higher magnifications, such as the diameter of collagen fibers or intermediate filaments, the diameter of mitochondria, etc.

A lot of the images have scale bars on them.

Try a search for a lab with one of those fancier microscopes, they are always happy to show off thier work.
