You measure that in PPM or Parts Per Million. The number will be dependant on a couple of factors:
(1) How clean is the air where the case was closed?
(2) Is the case completely air tight or vented?
(3) What is the past and current pollen count?
(4) Are there any smokers in the vacinity?
etc. etc. etc.

The final values will probably be anywhere from 10 to 500 PPM depending on where you live in the world, and if there are any active volcanoes nearby.
