Th UFO will be hooked up to the moon and they wont be able to drag the moon because the moon will be too Heavy for them to Drag.

It would have to be one massive UFO to achieve that. But the moon's influence on tide's, pulling the oceans into a bulge at the equator. With that influence lost all that water would drop back to normal sea level, which could result in massive tidal waves. Certain animal behaviour would be erratic, as they use the moon's cycles to control their lives.

The earth's orbital movement would also change and might even trigger earthquakes and strange weather patterns.

This was also mentioned in "Space 1999", after the atomic explosion that pushed the moon into deep space, the first radio messages from earth told the residents of Moonbase Alpha of the effects that were happening back home.

Not much. The eccentricity of the Earth's orbit would increase a little, because the residual velocity of the Earth's rotation around the earth-moon barycenter would be added to the Earth's orbital velocity around the Sun.

Ocean tides would be reduced to a little less than half what they are now, and high tide would always happen at noon and midnight.

No more romantic moonlit evenings on the beach...

Seriously, the earth's orbit - and that of the other bodies in the solar system too - would change a bit. The distance from the sun would increase slightly, the year would probably get longer, the climate colder, and the tidal phenomena would partly subside.

Gravity does no longer enable that to ensue...yet while it did: For starters the earths tides would almost disappear and the earths orbit around the solar would substitute as actual the two moon and earth orbit one yet another. This orbit substitute may additionally impact the earths climate.

Um, I dont think we could chase them to get it back...

We would have a bunch of ecological disasters as the tides go haywire and our orbit would shift slightly, but eventually everything would settle down and several species of animals, plants and wildlife would die off because of the lack of the moon.

I guess eventually mankind would build space warships and hunt down and exterminate the alien race that stole our moon... That's mankind for ya...

The moon would be in deep outer space.

I would drastically alter our tides, currents, and weather. The moon exerts a gravitational pull on the Earth, which is evident by a 'bulge' at the equator.

It would have to be a huge project because as mysterious as the moon can be, it is no pussycat ! Ha.Ha.Ha. You should write science fiction stories. I think you would be great. You have what it takes! Good luck

Considering the difficulty of such a phenomenon, i would hate to even hazard a guess. Our climates, weather, seasons, and currents of the ocean would be completely different.
