Trying to Conceive - October 2007

My last perod was August 11th

Have not had a period since then, this would make it week 9
if am pregnant however the two test I did say other wise (BFN) no symptons even, not that we all experince this.

my next period should have been the 16th sept but that never came

and now my current period is due somtime this week
(this friday-28 days)

This morning I saw spotting have not had anything since then
but now I am starting to think I'm not pregnant
which is disappointing.
I am not going to worrying about it, dnt wana stress myself
but has anyone been in this situation.

me and hubby are young newlyweds and have been TTC for ages now I'm starting to feel like giving up the whole situation is changing my mind ( 1 pervious mc)
I never knew how hard it was trying for a baby.

any advice and similar stories welcomed

So I took my patch off on Monday and my period should have been here yesterday but it didn't come so it should definetly be here today. I do not feel that it is coming though. I also have sore breasts ( I had a hard time sleeping on them last night) also my abdomen is swollen and tender. I don't have any cramps like it is about to come on like I normally do. I just feel different, like its not going to come. I'm also a bit more emotional then normally. What do you guys think do I sound pregnant? Thanks.

I'm 21 and my partner and i are ttc, we said we'd give it two months to start to try again. Today i was told i have POCS and I was wondering what diet i could have to help boosy chances of ttc, after 18 months of lots of unprotected sex we had one pregnancy . I was also wondering if my doctor would prescribe clomid based on that. I'm 21 5 feet tall (153cm) and 110 pounds (49kg) quite healthy for my age and height my bmi is 21-22 healthy again. I dont have all the symptoms my af is regular its just that im not ovulating regulary. so yeh please if you can help me please offer you knowledge or advice. ( apart from see a doctor) ill speak to him tomorrow about it but hes not too knowledgable ....

I went to the doctor and I am not pregnant. To help me ovulate they are sticking me on birth control for 2 months. In the third month I wont be on birth control and they said it should get pregnant very easy.

I took Clomid for the first time this cycle days 5-9. I have one blocked tube and one good one. Since we have been trying for 2 yrs now the Dr. said my infertility is unexplained and put me on Clomid. I am currently 10DPO. Yesterday I got a faint + on accu-clear. A few hours later I got a - on first response. Today another faint positive on accu-clear. I've shown the positives to 3 people and they all agreed that there were indeed 2 pink lines...just pale.

I'm thinking about getting ready to ttc but I'm almost sure my ob/gyn will not be supportive. She has given me the third degree before on a couple of different issues. She has made me uncomfortable about my weight issues in the past. I love the womens center I go to but I don't feel comfortable with her. What should I do?

We started ttc about 6 months ago. We have sex all the time, but when its the crusial "baby making" sex he says he is tired??? He says that he hates the fertal time because he feels like Im using him. How do I change this?? Im guilty of not taking his feelings into consideration, because i told him to get over it. I just cant figure out if he wants a baby...and he does, then why the do sex??? Please help.

I am trying to conceive, and was curious to know if anyone has ever had a cyst during pregnancy? I know ovarian cysts can come back, so i was wanting to know if this is something to worry about....If/when i become pregnant i want the best for my baby, and do not want to take any chances...

ok my doctor just put me on metformin yesterday. and im happy cuz its exactly what i wanted..I am not insulin resistant nor do i have diabetes.and my menstral cycle is semi normal for the most part..so my question is how long do you think it will take to work beings my symptoms arent too bad..i do have pcos...can anyone with a similar expirence please help give me sum hope..maybe tell me how long it took you to get pregnant or if it helped with weight or whatever good info you could give would be great..thanks a lot...

this is a question/rant. doesn't it suck that so many people who don't need or want a baby can just magically become pregnant? and there are other people that try so hard and it just doesn't happen easily.
i had a miscarriage almost 2 weeks ago. nobody but my husband knows because i was only 6 weeks. well last week a guy at work comes in and says him and his wife are pregnant, which is great for them but then he starts in with me on "when are you two going to have a baby? you need to get pregnant... blaah blaah blaaah" i wanted to cry and i wanted to slap him and say "bite me" but i just played it off and acted like i don't really want kids right now because nobody knows that we are thinking about having kids. we want it to be a surprise and don't feel like dealing with people asking about the condition of my uterus all the time. anyway... sending fertility thoughts to those who are TTC, waiting sucks.

....and I have not started my period. Fertility friend said to test today (which I did and got a negative, but I know it can take a while to build HCG). I know the luteal phase isn't supposed to vary that much from month to month within a person. I've always started my period on day 11 or 12 after ovulation, today is day 12 and I know it's not coming today since my temp hasn't dropped. So I'm just wondering if there's anyone out there who has had their luteal phase change. I don't want to get my hopes up. Thank you :)

Okay, last thursday I was on here and asked about a positive pregnancy test I took earlier that morning. I took another test on Saturday morning, because I just couldnt believe it... it came out postiive as well. I took one Monday morning (dont ask still in shock) it came out positive too, but with a real faint line...

Well I started my period today!!! I'm so confused, I really can't wait to go to the doctor, I have an appointment until the first of November.

Has this happened to anyone??? Could I still be pregnant???

It really disencourged me, my boyfriend and I are really looking forward to a baby...

Okay, so my husband got a Jeep right after I got pregnant and he enjoys going up in the mountains and taking the really bumpy, holey roads. I have gone a couple of times, nothing too extreme. Should I be concerned about the vibration and the bumpiness of the road, should I stop going? I am 23 weeks along.

I'm 26 years old, normal weight 9stone, not hairy or spotty, normal periods b4 going on the pill and during! TTC for 4 months and always knew something wasnt quiet right. Went to the doctors and they did some blood work and found the LH was a little high- went for a scan and found I have PCOS. I went home and cried and cried I just felt so depressed because I wanted a baby so much. After speaking to alot of people I found out alot of women do have it and go on to have children, with little problems. I am just waiting to be referred back to the NHS hospital to start treatment. They have suggested clomid injections. If any women with PCOS have any postive stories to getting preggs could you share it with me? And what is it like to be on that treatment? Thanks x

I know you wouldnt be feeling any pregnancy symptoms yet but dont you usually know (women's intuition)? Do you feel some kind of change or twinge or flutter or anything before you miss a period? I just dont fell like I am and I have read many blogs from women who say they knew before they even missed a period or took a test. I know it is REALLY early but how do you not think about it?
