hey I to have pcos, I weight 127lbs abd is 5'' also, you are quite fine in weight but if you are really trying to lose weght try a south beach diet. Stop taking caffine, candies, bread, and starchy things, I have a serious case of pcos, I have irreguler periods (but now I am on metformin and it gaves me a 29 day cycle), cycts on both of my ovaries, and I had acne in the past, I have been ttc#1 for 4 years now, I did clomid for 4 cycles without and luck, I just hope you get the results your looking for if you take clomid.

Clomid works for some and not for others, but I've seen quite a few successful stories on it, give it a try, its worth is

Try googling the term "PCOS" on google. There are some great support forums out there for it. Yes, there are things you can do by changing your diet that will help. Clomid, honestly, used alone is not the best treatment for PCOS. The first thing that needs to be done is to try and help the PCOS first.

Most women with PCOS don't ovulate regularly.

Try visiting one of those PCOS support forums.....you'll find terrific information there.
