Yes, it is possible. At least it was in my case. I just knew through clues my body was giving me, I'm not talking about serious morning sickness OK?...but for example my bb's start hurting since 1DPO none stop instead of a week before my period, also since 1DPO i was having sharp cramps that will last for seconds(those kind that at times burn) that never happen before , i was and still am very moody, awful, Also i had two very vivid dreams about me being pregnant so at 8DPO i tested just because i was fighting against this ideas of posibly this is the month?..kind of thing and honestly i didn't want to hold on to any hopes, but it was just different this time and i will never test before i was always more on the negative side and very scared to get a BFN, I always will wait for period to come or not. And this time i did and at 8DPO tested positive. My intuition was right.
My advise to you is just be patient and please learn about your body, write down every month your symptoms past ovulation and that will be a reference point.
Good Luck. And lots of baby dust, hopefully this is your month. Let me know.

I didn't feel like I was...It was only our second month tring and since it didn't happen the first try, I didnt get my hopes up...I still took the test a day before my missed period...thinking it would be a neg, and to prepare for the horrible cramps...but then there was a positive. So not every women know. Good Luck

4 days is way too soon to know if you are pregnant. After a few weeks, yes you may have intuition about it, but right now I would say its most likely all "hopeful thoughts" I have four children and most of them I knew before I tested or had a period, but it was at least a couple three weeks after conception. Good luck to you!
As far as how to keep you mind off it.. Good luck. I still have yet to figure out how to occupy your mind when your contemplating something else. Try going out or get busy doing something.. :)

First off - Congratulations! ;)
Most women know very quickly (I had the feeling the first week of my pregnancy and only confirmed it a few days later) after become pregnant and some women can go almost full term (believe it or not) without knowing at all. It happens, EVERY pregnancy is different.
There is no way to "feel" pregnant.
Good luck! ;)

No not generally 4 days is pretty early to "feel anything"
I think especially if its your first child you will think about it probably constantly enjoy it, its a special time for you.
Probably sometime in the first month or two you will feel some light cramping, I was told by a friend of mine who is a nurse during my first pregnancy that it is the baby attaching itself to the Uterus
talk with your Dr ask lots of ?s and get yourself a pregnancy calender that shows you week by week what the expected development of your baby is.
Congratulations and Enjoy

Hi, I'm a mom with four kids now. To tell you the truth I'm never felt really pregnant till about 12wks of gestation, but with my thirth child my husband said he felt something right the very first day. He looked at me and said "Your pregnant." I of course didn't belive him "your crazy" I responded.
Sure enough a few weeks later I began to feel morning sickness and really tired and stuff. Well to make along story short it turns out I did get pregnant right around the time he said I did. Now, call me crazy too, but I belive it was his intuition telling him we were having a baby.

Four days ago? The sperm would have just reached the egg yesterday.
No, you don't FEEL anything yet. No intuition, nothing. You could feel anxious at the thought of being pregnant, but it could have little to do with the actual pregnancy.

women who say the "just knew" usually say that after the fact. I think it is just because they wanted to be pregnant, so when they found they were, they say they "just knew". Nothing based in actual symptoms or fact.
So, no, you will not know by any symptoms for another month or so whether or not you are pregnant, and enjoy this time while you can, cuz if you are pregnant when morning sickness sets in you wont enjoy that at all.

I have had two children. I did not feel anything until 2 weeks after my missed period, and then the only thing I felt was nausea and sore breasts. I realy dont think there is anything to feel after 4 days. you are going to make yourself crazy!!! Relax, it will happen when it is supposed to.

I think it depends on the biological body one is carrying some comes to know about it others dont.
Especially when you are psychologically prepared to have baby you will like having baby inside even if it is not there.
You always have pregnancy testing sticks available in medical centre from there you come to know about your pregnancy status.
