Trying to Conceive - February 2007

The first day of my last period was Jan.14th which was a Sunday. The pharmacy was closed so I started birth control pills on Monday, I doubled up. I have been off of the pill for some time. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex many times after the 14th where he came inside me, I have to say I was not very consistant with the pill. I had some very light brown spotting on Feb. 2nd and 3rd and now it has stopped. My period isnt due until the 6th. I took a preg. test yesterday was it was negative. My boobs did hurt but that has seem to go away. Was it too early to test? Can I be pregnant?

Since june 06 when i thought i could be pregnant and you all said test again sounds like you are to july when ive lost the baby to ectopic all i have done since is be deprresed and search on here for answeres to my fears and depression.Heres a BIG thanks to everyone who since then has answered my questions politly and gave me hope for the future its been so nice knowing its not just me.My husband has been away with the army so theres no chance i can get pregnant again yet this hasent helped but its only 3 months untill hes back and ive planted a memorial tree for my ectopic angel ive let my angel go now and am looking to the future i cant wait untill may when anytime after we could get the news were longing for im pregnant again.If i hadnt of had you lot to share my thoughts with id have drove myself into a grave so thankyou.

sorry i am just full of questions today because i am reaching my ovulation point. Today is actually supposed to be my fertile day because it is 14 days from my last period? but i dont belive i am having signs of ovulating? my question is... when you are ovualting is the discharge obvious? or do i need to keep checking myself for the egg white substance? is it usually a lot of discharge, very noticeable?? sorry i know this may sound gross but i am trying to concieve and this is very important to me. thank you soo much...

If you have irregular periods does that make it harder to concieve or does it not matter. I've been trying really hard to concieve and nothings happening for me! I have really painful menstruations that are sometimes irregular. Is there something im not doing right? Any tips and advice would really be appreciated!!!!!!!!

Last month I thought I could possibly be pregnant-I stressed over it- more like Hoped-and that was what made me late. My husband and I are TTC, I have been on mymonthlycycle.com-in the ovulation calculator it asks for first day of last period-I put in the 17th(which is when I should have started)- I did it again but I put in the 23rd(which is when I did start)....each time I got a different ovulation day. Does anyone know if I go by when I should have started or when I did start?

everyone says that when you are ovulating and most fertile the discharge lokks like egg whites?? what does egg whites look like? and why do they call it egg "WHITES" if the dicharge is clear?? sorry i know this may sound funny to some of you but i really need to know this!!

I was diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) last year. Recently, my husband and I have decided to have children, but unfortunately it will be difficult because of my PCOS. I was trying to find success stories about women with PCOS getting pregnant, but I can't seem to find much in comparison with negative stories. I will be going on Clomid soon and hopefully that will work.

My question is, who out there has PCOS and has a success story that will make this less of a heartache? Has anyone tried Clomid? My gyno told me that I have a greater chance of miscarriages because of the PCOS. Did anyone experience this? What do you suggest? Any and all advice would be great, thank you.

My husband & I will be married a year in May, & I am dying to have a child. I feel like that's what God put me here for--to be a mother. I want to know what it feels like to love someone so much and have someone to depend on me for life. My husband also wants a child, but wants to be through with Police Academy for Highway Patrol. He will graduate in May. Do you think after only a year of marriage it would be a mistake to try to conceive?

Hi,

My last period was on 04/01/07. My cycles are a bit irregular so I have been testing daily from about day 12. On Friday (02/02/07) I tested and the Ovulation test showed positive and again on Saturday. I had sex on both these days and on the Sunday (04/02/07). The test showed as negative on the Sunday so I guess I must have ovulated now? Please confirm that this is the case as I have never used the tests before and really want to know if I have a chance of conceiving. Thank you for your help with this

a while and if its negatie i will be so disapointed.

Okay, I'm a week late for my period. I've been ttc for 4 months now, and I've been pretty regular about getting my period. My body feels completely different. I'm getting really dizzy, I'm having these funny feelings in my stomach, and my stomach is getting upset really easily. I took a test and it was negative.
