My God, you must be well overdue! My last period was on 19 dec and I have been pg and had a miscarriage since then! It seems ages ago!
Do you have a normal 28 day cycle. If you do that would mean that you were due back on on the 17 Jan. Thats 3 weeks late. Ok not completely well overdue, but I don't know how you haven't tested already! I tested when I was 5 days late!
I think there is a good chance you could be, unless you know of anything else that could be delaying your period ie; medication, stress? The only way to know is to test i'm afraid. You never know you may be pleasantly surprised! Good luck x

Unfortunately it is very easy to truly feel & beleive you are pregnant when you really want to be. I have done it myself, convincing myself that the PMT symptoms are in fact a little different this time and must be of pregnancy, only to be disapointed when my period arrived.
The only way you are going to know for sure is by taking that test, but maybe to try and be realistic beforehand take into account the following. Did you have sex around the time of ovulation? Are your periods ever late? If you did have sex at the right times and for your period to be late is rare or unheard off then the chances are greater. If say your periods are sometimes late then maybe you should give it another week & see what happens.
If I were you I would take a test now - you may not get the result you want but if so, you are going to find out your not pregnant soon enough when your period does arrive - surely its better to just know now rather than keep hoping & upset yourself more. Then you can concentrate on preparing for another go the next month. On the other hand, you may well be pregnant, your period does seem quite late, and if you are imagine how happy you could be in another 24 hours after you find out rather than continuing wandering.
I think either way you should take the test, you'll feel a lot clearer in your mind when you know the result. If it is negative it is far better to know now than keep hoping.
I hope you get the positive result you are hoping for. Good luck, be brave, you'll be fine! All the best x

Scared to do a test? If you are pregnant don't you want the best possible care for your baby? You should go to a doctor and get a test right away! If you are not, don't disparage. I don't know your age, or how long you have been trying, but a healthy woman under 35 can take 6 months to conceive! Stay positive and healthy and take the test, and move on from there. You are just playing mental games in your head and I I know how you feel, because I have been trying for a while too..but you must stay on track and be positive!
Best of luck! I will keep my fingers crossed for you but promise you will take the test!!

Well your either going to do the test be extremely suprised and happy or knocked back but prepared for your period and ready to start the babydance all over again,,,Which isnt so bad!!!!I know it will be a huge disapontment if your not but you have to stay positive and keep trying if its less than a year youve been trying and your both fertile there shouldnt be too long left to wait.I remeber i was like that and ended up doing 3 tests to confirm it was really positive i called all my husbands sisters to the bathroom to check too,Unfortunatly it was short lived as i lost to ectopic but i didnt lose a tube and have hope for the future.Id say just do it it will feel so good if you are if your not its better than waking up to your period one morning when your hopes were still so high.I also thought after my ectopic i could be again i had all the symptoms and i swear the line on my test was there it wasent it was me searching so hard after my loss i was seeing the evap line!!it was a HUGE disapointment and in the same week my husband left with the army and wont return untill may so i have no chance untill then its so hard to be patient but when hes home and it happens its going to be so lovely!just stay positive and keep trying but im sending you all the baby dust in the world that you are!let us know

Well it's really up to you - if you do nothing, you will eventually find out whether you are pregnant or not - it might be disappointing if your period arrives unexpectedly. It depends on whether you are able to wait or not, or whether curiousity gets the better of you.
I know if you're not pregnant, it'll feel bad for a while but remember, you can always keep trying and at the end of the day, a baby is worth waiting for. Best of luck, I hope it works out for you.

Sweetie I know exactly how you feel, I have been trying to for 5 years now I managed it last year but because I had left it too long before testing to check I didnt know hence when I did have a priod I didnt know until after my test that I was losing the little one. please get a test I know disappoinment is hard but like me you wouldnt forgive yourself if you were and only found out if you were losing its horrible a negative test is better than finding out as your losing. Please do a test if not you can have more fun trying 'winks'
Good luck friend I hope all goes well for you.

One of the many syptoms i get when im first pregnant is laying awake at night. I did it with my two boys and im 18 weeks pregnant on my third and did it at the beginning of this pregnancy. For some apparant reason i just couldnt sleep and it had nothing to do with worry or anything. Maybe its the bodys way.

You have to do the test. If you're not pregnant, you're not pregnant and not doing the test isn't going to change this. I know it's such a let down if it comes up negative but you feel sad and then you move on and concentrate on next time. Good luck sweet cheeks.x

you could call for an ultrasound even with the actuality that when a blood try i will't imagine it ought to coach something promising. in case you do the ultrasound and nevertheless no longer something i ought to ask for Provera to kick commence a sparkling cycle. often times cycles can get stuck. I had a chum with a 212 day cycle (accepted practitioner ought to no prescribe Provera). She is fortuitously pregnant now, yet she had to attend it out. good success!

If i was you i would go straight to the doctors just in case the cramps are due to an eptopic pregnancy coz if they are and you keep away from the docs you could ruin any chance of concieving with only one tube, go and get checked you never no you could get good news!!!!!1!
