Stop trying to get pregnant and just have sex. Thats how you make babies.

Trying to get pregnant only makes it a thousand times harder.

You should visit your doctor. If you have been trying for over a year then you may need some assistance. Most women need a solid year of trying b/f they conceive, some of the annoying ones get pregnant on a first try or within a year. I have been trying for over a year and am now seeing a specialist.
I have irregular, heavy periods, my cycles are very short 18-21 days and I also have dark discharge b/f my period starts. You may have pollops or ovarian cysts that need to be removed. These are not cancerous, just painful. I have PCOS but I still get my period I just don't ovulate every cycle (very confusing). I recommend you speak with your family doctor and go from there.
good luck!

Yes, it is harder to concieve with irregular periods. But, if you do it correctly it can work wonders. Get the book, Taking charge of your fertility by Toni W. It will help you get on the right track on charting your cycles each month. You should be taking your morning temp every morning before getting out of bed, then charting the temp on a chart. You will begin to see a pattern. Evenually you can tell when you are about to ovulate. Perfect to do in your case. You should be working with your dr. in order to get your cycles more regular if you can. GOOD LUCK>

Timing is everything. Esp. if you are irregular. Go to your doctor. Ask alot of questions, and also use a fertility monitor. If you aren't having sex at the right time - then you won't concieve. Good Luck!

There is no right way to get pregnant. Everyday people who are trying will conceive and those who are not trying will conceive. Its not fair. And you can't make it happen as bad as we want to. The way to get pregnant is to have unprotected sex with the person who you want to father your child. GOOD LUCK.
