The first day of my last period was Jan.14th which was a Sunday. The pharmacy was closed so I started birth control pills on Monday, I doubled up. I have been off of the pill for some time. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex many times after the 14th where he came inside me, I have to say I was not very consistant with the pill. I had some very light brown spotting on Feb. 2nd and 3rd and now it has stopped. My period isnt due until the 6th. I took a preg. test yesterday was it was negative. My boobs did hurt but that has seem to go away. Was it too early to test? Can I be pregnant?

i messed up with my pill last month as well (first set after a year of not needing it- was preggie). It is still early to tell but doubling up does not help. I do it as well from time to time even knowing it will not work.

What you can do is start back the pill on a daily basis it will regularize itself. The discharge is due to missing the pill for more than three days straight.

Worked for me. Had my period regular last week.

Taught me to take my pill daily now.

No, your symptoms are caused by your inability to take the pill correctly. If you were pregnant, your breasts would still hurt and you'd have other symptoms.

If you have a problem remembering to take the pill everyday, talk to your doctor about another type of pill. There are some you only take 4 times a year. There is also a patch you can wear.
