Many women are surprised when they do not become pregnant the first month they are trying. There's no reason to be concerned, though. That's because it usually takes several months to become pregnant.
For couples having unprotected intercourse:
50% will be pregnant in 4 months
75% will be pregnant in 8 months
90% will be pregnant in 1 year

You should have sex just before ovulation (about days 12-13), & then just after (about days 15-17), for the best chance of getting pregnant.

it you have sex the day you found out you are ovulating then it maybe be to late it take a while for the little spermies to swim up to the egg you need to have sex the 3 days leading up to ovulation and even then there is only 25% change of perfectly healthy couple conceiving. try the sperm meets egg plan . good luck

There's probably nothing wrong with you. It takes couples on average around 3-6 months to conceive, and, quite often, longer and there's usually nothing wrong with either of them. The Doctor will not class it as a problem until you have been trying for 12 months without success.
Have you tried laying on your back with your legs in the air after your bloke has ejaculated in you. It sound silly and some people say its a myth but it worked for me first time! Unfortunately I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks a week ago, but it did work.
