I am mother of 2 , what you are feeling does not sound like the first 6 weeks of pregnancy. If you were preg last mth it would of showed 10 - 12 days after conceiving but even if you were preg the cramping is a concern of your preg it is too early for symptoms like that morning sickness would occur anywhere from 5 weeks. If are not preg cramping maybe part of ovulation along with back pain. I do suggest you seek medical attention if the cramping is as bad as you are describing.

When you ovulate you can get discomfort like you discribed...Its around the time the egg/s are released you may feel a 'ping' and then cramps..so you may be very fertile at the moment. You may not ovulate every month ( I didn't and this was the only way I new I was!). Try not to worry and wait a few weeks

You can get those symptoms from ovulating. If you became pregnant last cycle it would show up now but then you shouldn't have had a period as you would have been pregnant. How was the bleeding? Was it any lighter than usual. If yes it could have been implantation bleeding.
Also, how do you know that you were ovulating. If you were def ovulating then you are not pg as you do not ovulate during pregnancy.

If you fell pregnant last month then it is possible to start 'showing' now, although it is not the baby! When you first get preganant, your body automatically adapts and starts preparing itself for the next few months!
You may notice that you can feel your womb by pressing gently at the top of your pubic line - it feels firm when you first get pregnant.

It's much too early to test for pregnancy if that's what you mean! You will need to leave it at least 10-12 days to get an accurate result.

I would suggest you wait a little bit longer just to make sure. Usually tests are 99 % accurate...
Good luck !!!
