Hi everyone- My husband and I have been trying to conceive now for 5 months. He's been tested and sperm count and normalcy is fine. I have regular periods (28 days every month) and have for my entire life. Anyway, we've been trying to conceive with no luck at all. I'm getting concerned that we're not going to make a baby at all. I'd like to stay optomistic, but if alot of time goes by, I'd simply like to know if adoption could be an option. For instance, what are the costs involved? How long does it take? What are some of the reputable agencies? Thanks for your help. I appreciate it. Happy Holidays!

According to at least one study they do!
Men who used their cell phones more than 4 hours a day
( including just packing them around on your belt, or pocket) had a sperm count 41% lower than those who didn't use cell phones!

Even guys who just used their phones just 2 hours a day saw a troop reduction of 20%.
They think it is electromagnetic radiation.
They didn't study what it might do to females!

I was supposed to have a period on Dec. 16 and I haven't had it yet. Could it be that I am pregnant? I just took final exams for school this week so could it be that? My last period was on Nov. 19. I'm not having any symptoms. I can say that my breast are very sore and that I was cramping a little the day I was supposed to come on. I'm going to go to my doctor but I also would like some feedback on my question...Thanks in advance!

My wife and I have been planning on having a baby for some time now, yet we've had numerous tries without success. Recently, we were waiting for her period and it hasn't come. It's been 5 days now. We've done three home pregnancy tests, on different days, different times of day, and they have all come back negative. How reliable are these, what's the deal???

Additionally, we never used "the pill", it was condoms, and then we simply started to do it naturally. another thing is, her breasts are swollen, as she describes it. she says this always happens before her period, but only for a day or so, and it's been going on for 4 or 5 days, and she asks whether or not when you're pregnant there's profuse transparent fluid secretion, since this is happening.

I am not due for my cycle to start until 12/26/06, but on the 17th I began to bleed. Very lightly though and it stopped early this morning. Could it be implantation bleeding?

My fiance's decided he wants to go back to school, which will require moving. There's no way we can rent, pay for tuition, AND have enough left for a baby on one income.

The job market in the area we'll be moving to is not good. I'll probably be supporting both of us. Some of our savings will be spent on living however long it is before I find a job myself.

Now he says 5 years before we can start trying again. Two for school (but it will definitely take longer), one to move back and find a job, and two more to get started on the house. Although I don't know what money he's planning to build the house with, because we won't be able to save any more. But I can't deceive him into it or ask him to change his mind. He's already told me it's made up. I respect this, but I still want a child. Not in five years, SOON. How am I supposed to get over this? I won't even have my nephews to babysit anymore.

How can I stop thinking about wanting a child? I'm obsessing and depressed over it now.

alright here is the details. Me and my husband have been trying for a child for 5 months. Last reguarl period was on November 20 was intimate many times after that. On December 12,13 I had what I think is a period but not sure, mine usually last 4 or 5 days this only lasted 2. Had bad cramps and only one day of normal bleeding. I havent taken a test yet planning on doing that tommorow just not looking forward to the neg results again, but I have been very tired, slighty sore boobs and a slight pain every now and then on the left side of my adomian, I have broke out on my fave , acne, and i dont normally break out until a day or 2 before my period. I have pain in my lower back. Just wandering what everyone thought before I take the test tommorow? Any help from other women who bleed normal for one day and was still pregant. Oh yeah the other things not normal is going to the bathroom a lot and I get to emotional over things I would never get that way about.

I had a light period that started on last sunday morning and lasted till yesterday. I have had a few spotting today but just when I wipe. The first day my period was normal then after that it was light ( using 1 tampon a day) could I be preg. I usually have a normal 5 day period.

This one was not late or anything just light.
