A very small percentage of couples concieve on their first month of trying...but its possible. (its seems hard to beleive, but the % is very small) It normally takes anywhere from 3-12mths for a healthy couple to concieve

That is directly proportional to age and drukenness, and inversly proportional to how prepared they are to be parents.
IE Drunk Teenagers will almost always conceive their first time.. Married 30 yo's who are trying, it could take years.
