My wife and I have been planning on having a baby for some time now, yet we've had numerous tries without success. Recently, we were waiting for her period and it hasn't come. It's been 5 days now. We've done three home pregnancy tests, on different days, different times of day, and they have all come back negative. How reliable are these, what's the deal???

Additionally, we never used "the pill", it was condoms, and then we simply started to do it naturally. another thing is, her breasts are swollen, as she describes it. she says this always happens before her period, but only for a day or so, and it's been going on for 4 or 5 days, and she asks whether or not when you're pregnant there's profuse transparent fluid secretion, since this is happening.

Yes when your pregnant there is profuse secretions called leukorrhea (increase of vaginal discharge).

Reliability dependent on the following below:
When I took a pregnancy test the first two were inconclusive that was with Equate, I got a positive response with First Response. Do you have two or more of the following pregnancy symptoms.

Symtoms of pregnancy:
missed cycle (some women continue to have spotting)
nausea
dizziness
fatigue
constant urination
tender breasts
darkened aereolas
food cravings (food, and non-food items such as dirt or styro-foam)
food aversions
unability to lay on your abdomen due to soreness
Increase of vaginal discharge (leukorrhea)
cramping in the abdominal area
swelling (water retention)
heigtened sense of smell
linea negra

A continued cycle or spotting can be implantation bleeding, and not necessarily your period. Some women experience this when the embryo attaches to the uterine wall.

Did you know that on home pregnancy tests that The ONLY reason HCG would EVER be present in your urine is if you were pregnant. A false "negative" response would only happen if you took the test too early. Meaning there wasn't enough HCG built up in your bloodstream to spill over into your urine YET. Many times an inconclusive test could mean your pregnant, it's just not enough of the pregnancy hormone in your body Yet to make dark enough of a line.

Make an appointment for a urinalysis to confirm your pregnancy, also start taking some prenatal vitamins a/s/a/p.

I might be jumping the gun here, but Congratulations!!

When i see a tender pregnant lady i don't pass judgement on except i do know the instances. She would had been raped. Or possibly if she wasnt she would had been in love with a boyfriend of 5 years. Lets say it used to be a loved boyfriend if that they had been in combination no less than a yr and a part and did what they did for the proper explanations i see no purpose to pass judgement on. They didnt do it on rationale. There are billions of different teenagers doing the equal matters they only dont occur to get pregnant. There are adults who've one night time stands always so why is that k however a teenager who in order that occurs to get pregnant together with her bf of four months isn't k? I wager what im looking to say is a pregnant youngster shouldnt be judged except you recognize the entire main points.

A pregnancy test can always be false negative you may have to just wait a little longer.....the only time a pregnancy test is not negative is when you see a positive line.....have her try the test in the morning....sometimes that is when the hormones can be more concentrated or have her just go to the doctor

She is definitely pregnant. The increased mucus secretion is a classic sign! I would go to the doctor and get a blood test done.

Congratulations!

It sounds to me like she is pregnant. HPT are reliable, but not all women produce to same amount of hormones, so she may be getting a false negative. I would call her doctor and make her an appointment.

Good luck!
