i was wondering how soon is a person to know if she is pregnant after having intercourse? Like is there a certain amount of days we should see signs?

In the instruction booklet from the Crystal Clear Pregnacy Test (that i happen to have in my drawer), it says to wait 19 days after intercourse to test. Symptoms won't be evident probably until after a missed period. PMS and pregnancy symptoms are very similar so it can be confusing!

Well it depends on the cycle, when she was fertile and when you had intercourse. If it was the right timing about 2 weeks. If you feel the need to test a little earlier it would be around 10 days after at the earliest and with an HPT that says it can be used 5 days before a missed period, like First Response. The best thing is to wait and see if a period shows up. If not test.

Wait a few days before your missed period. And buy atleast two tests. (and you don't have to buy the expensive test.)
I started noticing I was pregnant around month 1. My breast felt sore, I was a little loopy (not able to consentrate), and oh....really fatigued!

Try taking a test 5 days before the expected period, and anytime after that... also, buy a multi-pack of tests so she can re-test once again in a week or two just to make sure the first was accurate.

most people don't find out until about a minth later. it all depends.
