No! Honey it was already time for it to come on, or you were a virgin and it was your first time. Chances of you being pregnant is slim. Possible, but slim. Every time you have intercourse it is a possibility. So go get some condoms, and some pills.

Here's how it goes....
Generally speaking, no, you are probably NOT pregnant.
Every woman has a luteal phase of about 7-14 days. This is the time period between ovulation (when you are fertile) and your next period. If you had sex, and then got your period the next day, that means that you would NOT have gotten pregnant during that cycle. Ovulation was already done and over with, and you hadn't been fertile for about 7-14 days.
HOWEVER if you are one of a small percentage of women who have very early ovulation (some even as early as day 3 or 4 of their cycle), you may still have a very small chance of becoming pregnant. Sperm are very tough little swimmers, and they can survive in your system for up to 5 or 6 days. So, if you had sex on a Sunday, for example, got your period on Monday (this is Day 1 of your cycle), then if you ovulate before Thursday or Friday (5-6 days after sex) then conception may still occur.
The fact is, as long as you are having sex there is ALWAYS a chance that you may get pregnant. No birth control works 100% of the time, and the possibility of pregnancy is one of the risks that you take in being sexually active. Please think on this, and consider what your life would be like with a baby... that's the risk you're taking.

Absolutely not. There is no need to worry. You egg is released around the middle of your cycle and only remains viable for fertilisation for 12-24 hours.
