No its not everyones right to have a child its the childs right to have good parents. If your a child sex abuser and you want to have kids so you can abuse them then it s not your right to have children, if you cant afford to look after a child then its not your right to have a child, if you have serious mental problems then I'm sorry until you get yourself sorted out its not your right to have a baby.

Its a babys right to have the best parents but quite sadly we still live in a world in which people seem to think no matter how screwd up some people they have a right to have children.

Everyone does have a right to have a child. The right question is, should everyone have a child?

yes, not everyone should have a child, but it's their bodies. There's nothing we can do except prevention. My sister doesn't deserve her children, and she is "stuck" with them her words. I love my children, and I know I'm a great mom, but people just think that the children can grow without nuturing, comfort, and love. Your child needs to be loved. My sister in law doesn't deserve a child and my brother in law is a complete a$$, they wouldn't know the first thing about a child, and I think they should take some parenting classes for 4 yrs before they think about it.

It they are finacially & emocianally stable. As well mentally, my brother in law is bi polar & had 1 child before being diagnosed. His 7 year old shows strong bi polar tendencies. He is being very responsible & they are trying to adopt rather than curse another child with the the condition.

Everyone has the right to procreate. However, there are over 500,000 children in the foster care system due to abuse and neglect. There really should be a screening process done before you are allowed to have kids.
