I had heard this from a few people (my mom included), but never really believed it until I experienced it myself.
I knew for a fact that I was pregnant, right when I got pregnant. I know it sounds totally strange but I had never been so sure of anything in my life. I can't describe the feeling in words very well...maybe someone else can?

You get pregnant within 24 hours of ovulation, because after that the egg is not good anymore. I am able to feel when I'm ovulating so I know that I got pregnant with my daughter either on Oct 9th or 10th. You can't narrow it down more that that though because you dont know the exact hour in which the egg was fertilized.

Of course, I didn't feel myself getting pregnant, but I do know the exact time I got pregnant, because we plan on that certain day to try to conceive and then waited the following month to find out if I was pregnant and it turned out I was, so I knew that on that exact date is when I conceived.

I guess it depends on exactly what the person means. Do they mean "implantation?" Or just the act of conception? For example, I knew when one of my babies was conceived because I knew I was fertile and my husband and I had sex that one night (we had not had sex previously b/c I was recovering from a miscarriage). So when I got a positive on a home pregnancy test two weeks later, I knew exactly when the baby was conceived.

I wouldn't say you can feel conception but some women can definitely feel ovulation and know which side they are ovulating on. You can also feel implantation but actual conception I would say is impossible to feel. I know you can feel the affects afterwards, I mean a day later feel tired, a bit sick etc.

Hope this helped

I know exactly what days I ovulated on with my pregnancies, so yes I know when I concieved.
If you pay attention to your cycle and use ovulation kits you will know for sure when you ovulate/concieve.
