Head to the doctor – Before you begin, you want to head to your chosen obstetrician and general practitioner to make sure that your body is healthy and fertile. They can run tests on your blood as well as check for any health conditions that might hinder conception.
Know your body – One of the best ways to make sure that you’re having intercourse at the right time is to figure out when your vulva feels a little slippery (from mucus that is produced in the vagina). While your body is ovulating about fifteen days before your menstrual period, figuring out when your vulva is beginning to change is a much easier and effective way to increase the odds of conception.
Cut out the stress – If you’re going through some difficult times, the stress that your body is feeling can hinder your ability to conceive.
Eat right – Adding more fruits and vegetables to your diet will not only help you ease into a pregnancy diet, but the added healthfulness of these choices can help with conception as well.
Take this pill – Taking a folic acid supplement may not increase the rate of conception, but if you’re trying for a baby, you need to make sure that you’re taking this pill. It helps to prevent birth defects.
Clean out your system – If you’re a smoker or do recreational drugs and you want to conceive, both of these habits can contribute to a lowered ability to conceive. Do you and your baby a favor, just quit.

Well if you are trying then you need to just relax about it and it will just happen.
A couple things I did when my husband and I were trying was, after we had sex I would put a pillow under my bottom so that I was a little elevated, I read that that makes it a little easier.
Good luck, hope I could help ya a little!

Try right before or after your cycle. those are your most fertile times. If it doesn't happen then you can get on birth control (the pill) take it for about a week and then get off. Hell it happened to me when I wanted to get pregnat. My son is 19 months now.

that is a very broad question. are you in a stable relationship? married? how long have you been trying? are you healthy? are you taking prenatal vitamins? if you think you are doing everything right, then.... the next best thing to do is to stop worrying, stop trying so hard......just have a lot of sex and relax. seriously relax. that is when you will find the "positive" answer you are looking for......
good luck!

You have to learn your body and your cycle. If needed, buy a book to help you read the signs of your cycle to determine your fertile days. To conceive you must have sex on your limited fertile days, usually lasting only 48 hours long, on the 14th day of your cycle.
Good luck!

have sex without any protection and that should do the trick. If you keep having sex and nothing is happening then go to the doctor and tell him that you are trying to get nocked up and nothing is happening and he can give you medicine to take to make it happen or may see if you can even have kids. Or you can reasearch online at doctor's website's. That could also help.

What an exciting time in your life right now! First you want to talk to your obgyn and make sure that you get a complete check up in preparation. Start taking folic acid and some sort of prenatal vitamins. The rest is self explanitory....have fun!

First I would suggest reading up on how the female body works and signs to look for ovulation.
Then I would start tracking your cycles on fertilityfriend.com its free.
Read up on the material on peak fertility days, how to estimate your ovulation date. JUST READ and get informed!
