Trying to Conceive - December 2006

Does anyone know how to or when to possibly try to get pregnant if they dont have a regular period schedule? mine is usually between 30 - 38 days, and i cant use those ovulation calculators to help estimate a date, and it gets nerve wracking after awhile... ANyone have any pointers or ideas they followed and conceived? THNKS

K..... I detected my LH surge on 12-10......... Had intercoarse 12-9, 12-11, 12-12, and so on..........The only symptoms Im having is dull ache type cramps........ NO sore breast yet }......My last period started on 11-29-06, SO, when should my period come ? BY-THE-WAY, had a miscarriage 10-31-06, and a D&C was preformed........... If my LH surge was detected on 12-10, ??? Dont know exactly the day of ovulation........???? Any advise ? Did I miss my day possibly (intercoarse)...??? The pain is not a hurt like a period cramp, its more like a dull- ache type.......Comes and goes....When should I test (HPT)???

I am 8 days past ovulation according to my basal body charts. All 8 days past ovulation temps are higher than coverline and they are getting higher with each passing day. I am supposed to start my period tomorrow. But I am wondering will me ovulating this late make my period tomorrow late?? IF so when do you think I should test. I have been having a few possible pregnancy symptoms but I am not thinking too much of them because I don't want to get my hopes up. When do you think is the most logical time to try testing and when do you think I should expect my period if I am not pregnant. -I had unprotected sex last friday. Later that day my stromach was huring really bad. He did not *** inside of me. (I have heard storys about percum...idk if they are true)
-I should have gotten my period the 18th and I have not. I had unprotected sex that night, also.
-Usually I get my period in the morning...so the way I look at it I'm 3 days late.

I just thought since I was close to getting my period the chances slim down from getting pregnant. And friday I had really bad cramps..I was in tears. I have yet to get anymore. I usually get little cramps a day before my period.

When should I take a test? and what are my chances. THANK YOU!!!

I am 5 days late for my period. I have never been late for a period before except when I was pregnant with my son. I have not been using birthcontrol or condoms. I seen a nurse practicioner today, and she gave me a perscription for provera. Provera is suppose to start your period for you, but it is extremely important that you not take it during pregnancy. It can cause severe birthdefects. I feel so uncomfortable taking it, because I feel pregnant. I have been sick and tired. Not the same as with my first child. I am not ready for another child, but I don't want to risk hurting my child if I am. I took a negative pregnancy test today my 5 th day of being late. Should I take the medication, or should I see a different doctor willing to give me a blood test?

does the cramping feel like AF is coming??? or is it different?? I have some breast tenderness not too bad but mainly on the sides of boob!! the nipples feel a little sore(which is strange cuz i barely have sensation, after having a breast reduction) and i have a very mild cramps, mt Af is due for fri/sat!!! any suggestions would help!!

i've studied up on cycles and drugs and just about everything else, no luck. normal weight normal period, still nothing. I have two children now,, but I had both before being diagnosed with Cushing's. Endo says because I have normal periods, the Cushing's didn't affect my reproductive system. What else could it be?

I have had 2 pituitary tumors (Cushing's) and now GP says i have PCOS. I have not gotten pregnant in 7 years. Is there anything I can do other than going to a fertility specialist?

Because a couple months ago i was diagnosed with pcos, and my doctor had put on metformin to try to get me to start ovulating, and having a period because before then i hadn't had a period for almost a year without having to take medication. So after a couple months of taking metformin my period came for 2 months then it stopped it didn't come the next month and now ever since September I've been having a period. It only lasts 3-4 days, but I'm happy.But i stopped using the metformin because i started to have a period. But anyway in October my doctor put me on clomid 50 mg 1tab a day, i kinda started late( like my 5th day of my cycle) and I didn't ovulate. I didn't take it in November. But this month i am taking clomid 50 mg 2tab a day.

I had an ectopic pregnancy 3years ago and had one of my tubes removed, i then fell pregnant 2months later and had a lovley little girl but me and my husband have been trying now for 4months and had no luck (fell pregnant first month with both pregnancys) could my other tube be damaged dose any one have any answers?

I am recently off the pill and have not had a normal period yet, but am trying to get pregnant. I have experienced light spotting intermitenly for a few days, then it stopped. It is light pink or brown in color. Do you think this is implantation bleeding or my body just getting back on track from being on the pill for so long? Any advice would be appreciated.

I have heard alot of stories about women having their period but still are pregnant and I just wanted 2 know some peoples experiences with the situation. Was it a regular period, were their still pregnancy symptoms and when they test to find out. Me and my longtime bf have recently started tryin to have a baby, we've been having sex since the end of Nov. and this month my period was 3 or 4 days late , I feel nauseous, and my nipples are sore especially when the shower hits them.

I saw my doc on the 12th day of my cycle. In the scan he saw a follicle, which was about to burst (he said its 26 and should burst at 28 or so). My doc said that I should ovulate in a day or two. I monitored it through ovulation kit. I didn't get the positive results. I went to see yesterday (20th day of my cycle) and he said I did ovulate. Is it normal that ovulation kit does not pick this? Please advise. Thanks!
