Your previous ectopic pregnancy shouldn't have damaged your other tube. If it was damaged in the same way, it would be more likely to result in another ectopic pregnancy rather than no pregnancy at all.
It's probably just that with one tube, pregnancy is going to take a little longer. I suggest you keep trying, I'm sure it will happen eventually!

4 months is not a long time to be trying to conceive.and I don't believe your other tube would be damaged unless you had a second ectopic pregnancy. Your tubes are on separate side of your uterus and your ovaries release ovum from 1 side one month, then release on the other side the next month. You should still be able to get pregnant but only every other month. You just have lots more time to practice for the event.....

before everything, permit me provide my congratulations to the delivery of your 2nd son. 2nd of all, the fallopian tube is what classes the egg to drop interior the time of ovulation. If the fallopian tube is 'no good', meaning that it must be broken via scar tissue or the cyst itself. That frequently potential that the egg will no longer be able to be fertilized through fact the sperm is blocked from doing so.

theres no reason for it to be damaged is there? 4 months isnt really that long. are you timing it correctly? i'd give it a few more months of trying before worrying about anything..
