If you fee that you might be I would try a home pregnancy test if you are a couple of days late for your period. A few days from conception to labor. It runs the full spectrum. Some women are so in tune with their bodies that they know something is different before any test can tell them. And like the story in the paper recently, there are a few rare women that don't know until the doctor tells them they are in labor. The best signs is a missed period, tender breasts, or throwing up. These aren't foolproof, but its things that happen to alot of women. The best thing is to just take a urine/blood test.

well with a good pregnancy tester you can find out only a few days after a missed period. or go to the doctor and have them do a test if you don't think you do it at home. usually if she is pregnant there will be an increase in appitite, mood swings things like that.

A woman does not always get signs of pregnancy until way into the 4th month. Women that are so desperate for a child will show false signs. But until the child is bigger than one inch, not much happens.

Well besides missing her period, and taking home pregnancy tests women will often have sensitive breasts and morning sickness I started experiencing both whithin 4-6 weeks. Women usually do not have increased appetite this early if they are pregnant.
