Im 30 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child and just wondered if any1 had the same problem, my legs really ache and feel so heavy and uncomfortable, they also itch at night. im still working full time but will be finishing in a few weeks. do u no what it could be?

I'm 16 weeks pregnant.. and yesterday and today I have been having little cramps on the front of my stomach a little below my belly button.. I'm nervous because I miscarried in May although the cramps last time were way my intense.. it still kinda scares me... Is this normal? I have a Dr.'s appointment next Tuesday. They are not bad enough to go in or anything .. just want to know if this is normal????

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and hoping to have my baby the right round when I give birth.

When did you baby decide to turn??

I felt hiccups at the left bottom of my belly a few days ago but now i felt them at the top right.

You'd think he'd have no room to move around to much!!

well i found out what i,m having today and its a boy!! smiles i,m happy about that,but the Dr said he only saw one kidney so it has been worrying me because it just seems like i don't know how that happend the dads side and my side have never had any problems so i,m a bit worryed what do you think about it as will the baby be Ok and healthy? and as well as i will be due feb 10 and the Dr said that the baby weights 14 ounces is that normal i don't feel like asking my Dr he is a real *** with an attitude problem so let me know what you think thanks for answering

I was just curious. We are 24 weeks pregnant and we have painted, put a border up, and this past Sunday- put the crib together(but obviously w/ no sheets, etc. yet since she's not due until January). But... when did all of you get your baby's room together? :) Thanks!

I had a miscarriage in June and am really stressing that in this pregnancy something will go wrong. I know I just need to calm down. I am now 13.5 weeks pregnant and had a few ultrasounds at the beginning because my doctor wanted to make sure things were okay. At that point everything looked fine. The last ultrasound was at 8.5 weeks. At my last appointment the doctor just used a doppler to get the baby's heartbeat. at 12.5 weeks the heart rate was 163, so the doctor seemed happy with that. She said that I wouldn't have another ultrasound until my 20 week appointment. I'm just wondering how good of an indicator the heart rate is? I rented a digital doppler to use at home and have been checking the heart rate. The heartrate has remained between 150- 162 each time. Just from the heart rate should I feel pretty comfortable that things are progressing as normal?

When i woke up this morning my blanket was soaked, i've been leaking a clear fluid all day. When i put a pad on it was a pink fluid could this be my water breaking? I'm not in any pain.

my weight has been shifting up and down the scale on a daily basis. One day I am 3lbs heavier of lighter than the day before making it hard to tell how much I have gained. I weigh myself the same time each day but seem to be having a lot of water retention due to tilted uterus. What is the average weight gain for this time. I am entering the second trimester this week?

ok im 3months and 1 week pregnant and i recently took a picture of my belly but from a side view and it looks about the size of a grapefruit. is dat normal for 3 months?? and this is my first pregnancy and i was and still am slim (except for belly popping out) weighed 118 at last appt. and im 5ft 7in. tall. if that matters ....im asking htis cuz people are telling me i may be having a big baby cuz in there first pregnancy they didnt show til month 5 or 6 and im barely startign my fourth. so is that belly i have normal?

I'm 35 weeks along, this is my first baby so I am doing the 1st time mommy thing and going super nuts about everything!

My newest craze is the air in our house... We live in Arizona (for those of you who wouldn't know what this means it DRY as a bone, HOT, and FULL of dust)

Will the air in my house have a bad effect on the baby? Ive been dusting for days and vacuuming and things but it never seems to get any better!

We also have 3 cats (one long hair one short hair and one medium hair) . Ive been brushing them CONSTANTLY to try to cut down on the hair, but I never seem to be getting anywhere. (yes I know not to let the cats sleep on or lay on the baby)

I have a humidifier for the baby room (in our room at the moment because the baby will be sleeping in a bassinet next to our bed for the first month or so)

Should I buy a air purifier? Are there any good ones that are quiet enough not to wake the baby?

Am I just crazy and stressing over nothing?

what it is, i have suffered with eating disorders for 4 yrs of my life, know i am getting over it with the help of my fiance.
we have been sleeping together know for 6 months and not used any contraception because we both want children. i started to notice i was getting mood swings and my breasts were tender and passing urine a lot more than before, but i didnt miss a period it was 2 weeks late but when i did have my period it lasted for about 10 days and was really heavy with blood clots. its been a week know since my period stopped but i stilll got tender breasts and got back pain, i dont want to go to the doctors because i feel like im over reacting. so can you please give me advice on what you think?? please

There are two ifs here:

1. If your first born ( and only biological) child was born with the genetic disorder cystic fibrosis and any other children you have have a 1 in 4 chance of also being born with it? www.cff.org

2. You had a difficult pregnancy with uncontrolled diabetes, disabling fears, terrible carpel tunnel, and swelling so bad that I couldn't stand or walk for the last 2 months for more than 5 minutes at a time.

What if both were true? Would you consider another pregnancy?

Here are some recent symptoms I have been having:
-Sometimes intense Headaches
-LIGHT nausea, that only lasts about 5 minutes then passes
-Sleepyness
-Slight weight gain
-Unable to concentrate
-Dizzy/Lightheadedness
-Irritable at times

My period is not expected for another 2 or 3 weeks. What do you guys think is going on?

Okay, so I got my period on September 20th. I was ovulating last week, like the 4th, 5th 6th and 7th. I had unprotected sex during that time b/c we are trying to conceive. Today I am very crampy and I am starving and yesterday I was as well. I am trying to figure out why I would be so crampy. My period isn't due until the 20th, I am done ovulating and if I got pregnant I wouldnt feel anything this early. Weird. Any ideas.

She was checking my fluid today by ultrasound and literally was right above my pubic bone it felt like and said his head was way down there. Does that means hes dropped? Im supposidly 36.1 cause they pushed my DD back almost 2 weeks, BUT only cause they decided at almost 36 weeks that they were going to go off the first ultrasound instead of my LMP (long story) so I think Im about a week ahead of what they say. BUT thats besides the point. I asked the nurse if cause hes so low that means labors could be soon and she said "NO that means your gonna be miserable" wow thanks lady...what do YOU think?

So, I though I was possibly pregnant because my period was over 1 week late and I had spotting for a few days. I took a pregnancy test but it was (-) and then exactly the day I was suppose to be ovulating, I started bleeding again which was about 2 weeks later. I never had this before. I was even wondering if maybe I could still possibly maybe be pregnant because I have symtoms, but they could be for something else IDK. Like peeing alot, bloating, gas, diarrhea, and always hungry, but I took that 1 test, and was bleeding so idk what it could be?

I just moved and dont have insurance yet.

I also asked this in womens health. I need some ideas.

I was just wondering, I am having my baby in a birthing center. I know that hospitals serve the mothers food while in the hospital if you get hungry,...do birthing centers feed mothers, too??

iam first time mom and iam in week 27 i am from louisiana i had medicade that covers only one ultrasound in week 20....than how and when they will know if ineed to deliver vaginal or c section? and iam thinking to deliver my baby without medication .....what do u think about it?

I had a d/c after a miscarriage at the end of September.I called my ob because I still shows pregnancy sytoms and I have been feeling really sick he hasn''t even exam me since than no blood work nothing.So I called his office too ask for him to see me.I was told to go see my regular doc and pretty much "gotton on" to for calling his office help I don't know what to do?can I do anything about him turning me away?
