Your doctor checks the heart beat each time you go to the hospital to make sure the pregnancy is still viable and also checks fundal height (measuring from pubic bone to top of uterus). If both these things are normal for gestational age then there is no reason to think that anything is wrong.
Just beware of the doppler, if you can't find your baby's heart beat one day or all you hear is your own your baby may still be fine, but has moved into a position where it can not be easily heard, so don't freak out if this happens. The range you gave for your baby's heart rate is normal.

You're fine. My last 2 pregnancies ended in miscarriage, 9 weeks and 10 weeks. I'm pregnant now for the 3rd time and I'm 11weeks. I had my hCG levels monitored between 5 and 10 weeks so that I knew everything was ok. I had my u/s at 9 weeks and all is well. As long as you have no bleeding or bad crmaping then you'll be fine. Try not to worry. Once you have seen the heartbeat the rate of miscarriage drops to like under 5%. Good luck.

The heart rates you are hearing are good, normal ranges are from 120 to 180 (I think, I might be a bit off) The doctors will check heart rate and measure your tummy when you go in. As long as you aren't in pain & are growing, the baby is fine. Just try to eat healthy and take your vitamins. You are past the 12 week mark so your risk of miscarriage has dropped dramatically. Good luck and congrats!

Your baby is fine! You're just a little worried, and for good reason because of past experience. (I was the same way with my second baby) The heart rate is completely normal, and is a great indicator that the baby's doing well. Don't worry too much, take good care of yourself (which I'm sure you're already doing). Have faith- spend time rubbing your belly and talking to the baby about how much you love him/her and that you know everything will be ok. Prayer works too, really!
The chance of having a miscarriage after 14 weeks is pretty slim.

you need to relax in my opinion. im sure you are doing everything to prevent any harm to your unborn, except all the stress you are putting yourself through. most women get an ultra sound around 9 weeks to see about a due date and then at 20 weeeks to check that all the measurements are right, that the baby has a 4 chamber heart and all the other organs that they should have. otherwise they jsut check the heartrate. if your babies heart rate is considered normal then that is a good indicator that everythign is going alright. they also do other screening tests to see if you or your baby are at a higher risk for other diseases and what not. my advice is to jsut continue to do everything right, eating well drinking lots of water ect and relax! best of luck to you!

Yes, you should feel comfortable with that. The doctor will also be measuring you and if she feels the baby isn't growing properly she will order another ultrasound. Most people only have one ultrasound. Just try to relax. It will help that in about five weeks or so you will feel the baby's movements. Then you will know he/she is fine. Good luck and try to enjoy your pregnancy. All that worrying doesn't do anything except make you miserable.

i think of you may returned off. The extremely sound is for diagnostic purposes in common terms. If she have been having a difficulty this may be a distinctive tale. babies are a marvel.. purchase eco-friendly and yellow, save the important issues until eventually after the child is born. The wellbeing care expert IS doing her job. How egocentric of you, you prefer to place her and the child with the aid of an pointless technique for the reason which you may not wait to make certain what it extremely is. If the child wasn't ok,the wellbeing care expert might order what ever assessments are needed. Age has not something to do with it. The wellbeing and wellbeing of the toddler and the mummy are what leads the wellbeing care expert, not the actuality which you rather prefer to renowned what colour to purchase. whether you probably did get an order for an extremely sound, there is not any assure you've got the skill to tell the intercourse of the child. Why not dissipate this capability on your sister?

honey, it's hard to tell anything from just the heartrate (unless it's low in which case you should get to the hospital ASAP!)
since your doc seems OK with how things are going the only thing I can recommend it to try to be calm and relax
they'll have a much better idea of how your baby is doing at the 20-wk ultrasound

In my province in Canada, we don't typically have ultrasounds except for at 20 weeks, unless something is suspected to be wrong. Don't worry about it at all - you've had a few good ultrasounds already...if you've got a healthy heart rate going. We all worry about it, especially those who've had miscarriages...it's normal to worry.

You're fine.
Just relax a little.
If something were wrong you would know.
How far along were you with you lost your first? A few weeks? Thats caused by the fetus' inability to thrive and grow past a certain point, not a failing of your body. The pregnancy ends before your body gets too envolved, because it realizes the embryo isnt viable.
