Pregnancy - May 2007

I am four months pregnant, and I no longer love the baby's father. I feel so guilty, and I have been trying to make things work, but I don't know if I can do the single mom thing on my own. I have thought about adoption, but feel guilty about that too. And he would never agree to it anyway. Should I try to make it work with him? Should I raise the baby on my own? Is it cruel to consider adoption?

ok i dont know what to do but i need answers fast ok there is this lady i know that has just had her baby yesterday and she has had her other child removed from her by cps due to her not being able to care for her and now she just had her other one she has nothing for this baby she has asked me if i could buy her a car seat and if the hospital will give her formula to take home cause she has no money till the 1st and her wic appointment isnt till the 29th what should i do and also if i make a report willl it matter and will cps actually check into it and when cause i called 5 times already i started calling on monday and still no call back

I am just curios becuase i feel really sick like i might b going into labor. and im worried, what woudl it mean fro the baby as far as complications? I called the doctor already and doing what she said as far as drinking water and laying down, but im just asking a " what if " question here. thanks :)

ahhhh! I just came from the Dr. and I'm STILL at 1 cm and only 50% effaced! I've been dialted since week 32! This is my second and I can't believe I'm making no progress:( What can I do!!?? lol I asked about stripping my membranes and she said she would if I had made a little progress- which, of course, I didn't, so she said she would do this next week. Does this even help? She said that if she did it this week it would only make me misrable and wouldn't send me into labor anyway. Please help:)

Okay this is how it goes!!! Last Monday I found out i was pregnate and I was so happy because we have been trying for a while now. Well Wenesday evening I began to bleed lightly. (Period was due on Tuesday aslo) So immediatly I went to the hospital to be checked out. Well I was told by the doctors that the blood test came up negitive. So he told me to test again in a week. Well I was bleeding all week like a period so I figuered that Im not pregnate. But still wondering why the test said I was. Well this morning I took another test and it was one of the good ones that read pregnate or not. Guess what it said I was. So now I dont know if I am or not. Has anyone ever had this issue before? What do you think? Let me know! Thanks

Ok i think that i'm pregnant because i kno my body and i see alot of changes going on if i am i would be 15 weeks today. I see a little pudge in my stomach and my family and friends keep sayin that i look fat and that my face look fat. If i am preg. i got pregnant when i was late for a depo shot; about 2weeks ago i had brownish bleeding that lasted about 2.5 weeks and then it just stopped i have taken 4 pts and they have all came out negative. Am i wishing to hard or is it really what i want it 2b? Please help.

We have 1 older son each from our previuos marriages, they are ages 8 and 9. I am now 35 weeks pregnant with a little girl, she will be our first "together". I am totally happy with our little family and have no desire to have any more children. All of the sudden he told me he wants another soon after I have our daughter. I have told him my thoughts on it and even tried to sugar coat it and say" maybe in a few years" even though I know I don't plan on having anymore. What am I to do at this point? I plan on getting on birth control but I am afraid he will try to sabatoge my birth control b/c this is something he wants badly? HELP?

I find pregnancy repulsive. I've got no desire to feel this way, but can't seem to help it. My wife and I intend to begin having children in a few years and I am concerned that it will be difficult for me.
Perhaps some explanation... I can't help but think of a fetus as a parasite. Ever seen Sigourney Weaver's "Alien" films? The idea of something growing inside my wife, feeding off of her, writhing about, completely freaks me out. The fact that the fetus would be my own spawn has no impact on my aversion. I want children of my own blood. Has anyone ever heard this sort of thing before? How do I deal with it?

I know eveyones like why not..well me and my boyfriend are no longer together..I left because he was emotionally abusive and I didn't want to put my unborn child through that mess. Although when I was seeing my doctor we planned for repeat csection delivery of June 1st so I would deliver in 3 weeks!! I had health coverage and after throwing away a couple thousand dollars on what I thought was the best coverage with the lowest deductible I ended up with thousands of dollars in bills from NO MATERNITY coverage with my insurance. So now I am stuck unable to go back to a doctor and surely cannot cash pay. I haven't seen a doctor in over a month and was once told I couldnt qualify for Medicaid only to now find out I can so I applied (5-1-07) and am desperate to get to a doctor. Help!

Took this test several times and it came out negative took one today because i have several early pregnancy symptoms and it came back with a positive!! Has this happened to anyone else.I have the fatigue, back ache, headache, moodswings, irregular period and swelling boobs.. I dont know what to think, i wasnt expecting it to come back as a positive especially after eveyone said they think i am.

I am 18 weeks 3 days pregnant with my second baby. I am having sever back pain which I believe now is my sciatic nerve. The pain starts in my lower back (almost my hips/buttox) then shoots down to my ankles. Once that sharp pain disapates I am left with numbing pins and needles to the point I cant stand or move my legs. I am gaining weight rapidly as well (already gained 22lbs and not even half way through this) (with my first I gained 67lbs in 9 months - way too much too fast but no one ever told me to be careful). I have had dreams (nightmares if you will) that I had been placed on bedrest and could not continue working to support my daughter. Not only that but during my 12th week of pregnancy this time around I had a threatened miscarriage and was sent to the emergency room and told to be extremely careful from now on.

My mother has a dream that she's having a baby then one of her daughters finds out they are pregnant she's had a dream for each of my 4 nephews and for my neice, She recently had another dream and I'm afraid I might be the next one to have a baby, before i knew she had a dream, i wasn't experiencing any symtoms of being pregnant till one day when I had only a little bit of bleeding. I didn't notice it till late at night right before bed and the next day there was nothing. My husband and I want to conceive soon so we have the baby before he goes over to Iraq next April, but the reason I'm afraid it might be me is because my mom dreamed she had twins. I know this is weird but it's the truth and another question. How soon after implantation bleeding can you take a pregnacy test and for it to read an accurate answer. Oh and if you are going to leave a rude comment on here than don't even comment, thank-you!
