The very first time it is a little difficult, but after that, it's usually fine. I always did it in the shower. Somehow the running water made it easier.

I'm assuming you mean after a vaginal birth?
(A "natural" birth is one in which no drugs or medical interventions are used. Some people mistakenly use the term to refer to a vaginal -- rather than a ceaserian -- birth.)
I did not have a natural childbirth: I had to have a pitocin induction, because of complications.
After my vaginal delivery, it was hard to go to the bathroom simply because it was hard to get out of bed: My muscles -- particularly the pelvic floor muscles -- were rather tired!
Urination itself was not difficult. Pooping was.
However, all of the above were MUCH easier than two years before when I had major abdominal surgery similar to a C-section. (Less involved, because they took my ovary out, but didn't have to cut into my uterus.) With that, I needed a nurse's help to get out of bed.

Yes, but it gets easier with time.
Relaxing helps which is why I would pee in the shower while the hot water was running!
Everything has loosened up, including the muscles which control urine flow. Kegels will help "tighten" things up again.

Only if you bruise your bladder, which is sometimes a side effect of an epidural... which is not a natural childbirth.
However in rare cases even when you can feel everything you will bruise your bladder. But like any bladder it will heal.
