I have the Mirena IUD and love it. What I didn't like was the spotting for six months after having it inserted. After it settles in it is great. No more heavy painful periods.

I have a mirena IUD and I love it so much. I only bled for 1 week after it was put in and then everything was back to normal. That was 3 years ago. I have tried almost all forms of birth control and I love this so much.

If you do not wish to be pregnant for awhile and no longer have any results of hormones, the copper IUD is tips on how to pass. It blocks and kills the sperm. When having a surgeon insert, it appears like you're having particularly dangerous cramps and bleeding afterwards. The well factor approximately it's, you do not must depend on a tablet daily. The dangerous factor is truthfully getting it performed.

IUD's can cause spotting. They also increase your risk for an ectopic pregnancy if you do get pregnant.

There is also a risk for pelvic imflammatory disease, perforation of the uterus and cramping.

Have you studied up on natural birth control, like NFP? No side effects and its free.
