Stretch marks look pink and then turn white as they get older. They will never completely go away. You can rub some stretch mark cream on them and/or vitamin E to help reduce the redness over time.

Some people have dark pigmentation on their stomachs, during their pregnancy, but I've never heard of it showing up after the pregnancy.

I did have more stretch marks show up after the pregnancy was over too - they were there all along, I believe, I just never saw them. lol!

My son is now 8 months old, and the stretch marks are really only noticeable if you go looking for them. Fortunately, m stretch marks are all in areas that would be covered by shorts or pants, so I don't have to worry!

usually the stretch marks dont go away. But you can use a Vitamin E based cream [you will get in medical stores particularly for pregnancies] from the 4 month onwards till atleast 6 months after the baby os born.

Yes the color of the skin changes but after the birth it comes to normal [it will take time of around 3-4 months]

I've heard that black women have the mask of pregnancy where there face, neck and sometimes stomachs get very dark. Maybe this is what you've heard? But I know that mine didn't?? I did get that dark line from my belly button to my bikini line and it seemed like it took it forever to fade but it did eventually.

I didn't have any stretch marks. After a few months, I was back to my original flat belly. It's all about your genetic makeup. Some people get them, some don't. It also helps to try to not gain too much weight during your pregnancy, and not to gain too quickly.

There are few exercises to practise after pregnancy. Just practise that, sure you can be fit and healthy. Marks, some ppl they leave, for some they stay i guess.

But being a mother is what make you genuine, happy and great on EARTH, thats for sure.

take care,
