I'm only 13 weeks and having back pain, but I've always had a bit of back trouble due to having large breasts, and all of my muscles have been sore since becoming pregnant, and the doctor says this is normal, caused by hormones that are released to make your hips spread and to relax your smooth muscles and what not. I just stretch a lot, but I know you can get special pregnancy massages. I might wait till I'm further along to explore that option.

Are you overwegiht? I started getting back pains around like 20 weeks ( if i remember correctly ) but a big part of the problem is that im overweight ( very much so ) and also do a lot of bending at the waist at my physical job. talk to ur doctor about your concerns to be swafe. good luck

Well, not sure if it's normal, but you should go to a chiropractor and also get yourself a good maternity back brace. Yes, you can get massages.
