Okay this may be a stupid question because everyone I've asked so far, uncluding doctors have basically just laughed at me... Well anyways, I am 32 wks pregnant and I feel like I hurt the baby by moving to hard, bending over, exercising,etc. Like I feel like I'm smashing him or something. Did anyone else feel this way or is it just me? LoL. Please inform me that I'm just paranoid. Thanks!

I am having my baby's shower this week and my mom and sister in law are going to such work .What if nobody shows up? I have invited 40 people and hope some show up .I have bad dreams that no one came . The past few days I feel very insucure
(which I have always battled)
did anyone else fear this and it tured out ok . If so how many ppl did you invite & how many showed up?

I started ortho lo sunday. In the insert it says 2 wait 7 days before having unprotected sex, but I have heard some ppl say wait 1 month. Has anyone done this after 7 days and not gotten prego?

...my last menstrual period or the ultrasound? My lmp was on October 23, 2006, but had two ultrasounds done and said that my lmp was on November 5. I'm positive that my lmp was in October because i remember my last period was two days before my 18th birthday. The doctors said that I probably forgot and gave them the wrong date.. but i know i didn't.. So since they go by the ultrasound, the doctors pushed my due date two weeks forward.. instead of Aug. 1, it's Aug. 12.. i thought that due dates are calculated from your lmp? why do they now calculate it by how the baby is growing from the ultrasound? Has anyone experienced this? Which due date is the correct one... the one from your lmp? or the ultrasound?

I dont think I have a blocked tube.... but I have been TTC for a year now, and nothing. Every other test is fine, and I have been pregnant before (2001, miscarriage) but now Im TTC and I cant. So is there any way tubes can just become blocked??? I have never had any kind of infection or STD, so if you have had a blocked tube, what caused yours, and how did you find out?? just kind of curious, process of elimination I guess. Thanks everyone!!!

okay my cycle is a stress does not stop ur period cause my sister stress all the time and still gets her period so i dont believe that. i waited through the weekend to see if my period would come but i hasnt came yet!! i dont want to be pregnant but if i am then i will do what i have to do!! and i had sex 2 to 3 weeks ago and my period is about 4 days late!! im 19 years of age!!

im 8 weeks pregnant, due November 16, 2007 and very excited =)..well im feeling really blah!! my breasts have gotten bigger although theyre not really sore just tingly and itchy..im peeing like every hour but i dont know if that would be considered ''frequent urination'', i think it is but im not sure, im always tired but i cant really take naps cause i cant fall asleep, im not throwing up i just get really bad headaches and nauseous, i can smell a cigarette from like a mile away!!! haha..and im always hungry and cry all the time..

is this all normal for being 8 weeks???

Their are thousands of children dying because of unresponsible mothers that spread their legs and conceive a child then decide that they are not ready for it and have an abortion.Then we have these people that support this...I am sorry but I think that if you were not raped you should not have an abortion.Women need to stop having sex if they do not want to have a baby!!! Its getting to a point were these women are having not only 1 abortion but 3 and in cases even more.People giving your child up for adoption is a CHOICE!!!Abortion is murder I repeat "MURDER"!!! This needs to be stoped now.There are so many families that cant have childeren and I am sure that they would love to adopt these babies.I am 100% against abortion!!!

This might sound like a stupid question, but I like to be 100%...I've got lots of what must be bloody show, and contractions 5-7 minutes apart, 40-50 secs long, that only slowed down (became 6-10 apart) when I took an hour to lie down. Sound promising? I'm 39 weeks and 6 days...

what do you think my chances are? i have been on birth control pill for three years.....my boyfriend and i have sex but not very often due to lack of time....i am about to graduate nursing school in a month and have been very stressed emotionally with this last class i'm going through....so stressed to the point where i cried an entire weekend....my period is three days late but heres the thing about it.....when we do have sex he has NEVER went inside of me and NEVER even used the "pull out" method....we don't wait until it's at that point or even when he's feeling close....we stop....but it's three days late and i'm so worried all i want to do is look forward to my graduation and i'm worried about this....does anybody think i could be pregnant or probably due to just stress? i also had an interview 3 weeks ago for a job when i graduate and was stressed about that....also my grandmother lives with us and is dying of cancer....lots of stress can do this or pregnancy?

Ok my friend just had unprotected sex 3 weeks ago. She took a pregnancy test like a week later and it was negative (I know that's too early to take a test but she's not too smart). Her period was late but she just got it. Is there any possiblility she could be pregnant or is she safe because she finally got her period?

ok im 17, got a boyfriend but havent had a job se i left school, as i have been caring for a elderly sick neighbour and have just found out im 6 weeks pregnant. My OB is going to induce me at 41 weeks if I don't go into labor before then.

I have decided that I am going to keep working until I go into labor, if I go past my due date then I think I will take my maternity leave at 40 weeks and a few days so I will have a few days to prepare for the baby and rest.


Did you take your maternity leave before you went into labor? Or did you work until you went into labor?

Any maternity leave advice for a first time mom?

I wondered if losing your mucus plug and your water breaking are the same thing. I have seen many posts about either and just wondered if there's a difference and if so which happens first and then does that send you right into labor?

Hello. Just curious what other women are craving. I crave ICE chips like crazy. I buy those big bags of ice from convenient stores and go thru it in 3-4 days. Also going into stores asking for courtesy cups of ice. Its ridiculous. :-)

I'm almost 19 weeks along, and I'm no longer excited. In the beginning I was, even though this was unplanned and I'm unmarried at 25 years old. Now I'm feeling anxious (in the bad way). I'm worried about money, and our current living situation ( a 1 bdrm apt which is all we can really afford at the moment), finishing school, finding a better job and everythign else that one could worry about. I could almost say I'm feeling a bit regretful because of all these worries I'm having. Is this normal? Am I going to be a bad mother? What's going on?!?!?
