Okay this may be a stupid question because everyone I've asked so far, uncluding doctors have basically just laughed at me... Well anyways, I am 32 wks pregnant and I feel like I hurt the baby by moving to hard, bending over, exercising, etc. Like I feel like I'm smashing him or something. Did anyone else feel this way or is it just me? LoL. Please inform me that I'm just paranoid. Thanks!

I haven't asked that question because I keep forgetting (pregnancy brain)! But I have wondered the same thing. It isn't stupid for you to be concerned about the baby. I tell myself that the baby is well protected and well cushioned!

Well, it is funny, but, it good you have a concern too. It show you will be a caring mother. Babies are stronger than we think. They can handle more of your movement than you capable of moving! When my wife was pregnant and the baby start kicking it was so cool! Her belly look like something from Poltergeist! LOL! What was really cool, when her belly move out from a foot or hand, I would gently push back. The baby get excited and really start kicking. My wife would sit there and grip; "I wish you two would leave my tummy alone"! LOL! It was so fun. I would talk to him and put headphone on her tummy and play music low. Wonderful time. My wife was very active until she go to the hospital. We had a business and she work everyday, we camp and swim and water ski!
Oh! I want to say this too. I guess the swimming help, I taught him to swim when he was 6 months old, really cool and to teach him to hold his breath to go under water. I would blow in his face and it cause him to hold his breath and I put him under the water and back out. Whenever I splash water in his face at 6 months, he automatic hold his breath and not be scared. Learned about that years before reading!

LOL...I think we all have felt this way, especially toward the end when you feel like there can't possibly be any more room in your tummy!
Just know that the baby is surrounded by amniotic fluid and cushoined by its placenta and all of your organs. Other than blunt trauma, there really isn't anything you can do to hurt him by daily activities.
So relax and enjoy...and try not to bend over or exercise! =)

what does the pediatrician say? I also have a 10 month previous to boot and she or he's wearing an 18 month outfits. She is likewise very tall. She is a hundred% for her height and 50% for her weight. i could talk with you wellbeing practitioner and notice in the event that they are thinking how she is growing to be. My daughter is barely 19 lbs at 10 months. no longer lots of a distinction.

lol dont worry. I would say you're paranoid. I feel like that sometimes too when I bend over or sneeze or something. Im thinking 'omg im crushing it!' but relaly how many mothers went through their pregnancy without sneezing lol. It is well protected in there. You wont hurt it unless something heavy falls on your belly or if you fall on it.

You are just paranoid. It would take alot of force directly to the abdomen to injure the fetus. They are protected in the sac.
