I am having horrible back pain, does anyone have any suggestions on how to get some relief?

I lost my baby 2 days ago. It's the worst thing in the world....

I dont know how to "cope" with the reality that my baby is gone...

I was picking names, i had furniture, i was already in love with the life growing inside of me...

Every night, I cant help but cry. It just comes over me and I cant control it...

How can i "move on" (*I know I'll never completly forget*)
I just need something to help me "live" again...

I'm 7 months pregnant and have been taking DHA supplements for the past 4 months of my pregnancy. I've heard some good effects such as improved eyesight but if anyone could give me more information of other effects I'd really appreciate it.

I am extremely paranoid right now...I am 5 weeks pregnant and recently took my son to the Stock Show where we also visited the petting zoo...I have spotted twice today and I have cold-like symptoms. My son also has diarrhea, vomiting and cold-like symtoms as well. Could we have contracted toxoplasmosis..and is it affecting my pregnancy now like...(miscarriage)? Please someone make me feel better!

I fell pergnant after a one night stand. The father of my baby at the time was with my best friend and has recently admited that I was not the first time he cheated on her, he had at least 6 other times before me. I am not the first one he got pregnant either, but the other girl had an abortion.

How can I trust he wont do the same to me? He says it's different and after the last time he really regrets not having his baby and wants to be a family this time. I want to do whats right for the baby, he can be nice and until all this came out I thought my friend was a lucky girl to be with him.

Right now we're 18 weeks along with baby #2, so we're just trying to look at whether or not 3d or 4d imaging ultrasounds is for us. Obviously we have a lot to time before we're going to do ANYTHING with a 3d or 4d ultrasound.

The plus side is that we didn't get to do this with our first child.

The negative side is that studies aren't 100% sure of how it affects the baby long-term. Is the risk really worth it?

What experiences do YOU have with it? Would you say to give it a go or would you say no no?

And yes, we know to always go through the doctor. Our appointment is in two weeks, and we ALWAYS consider our doctor's opinion to be what is most important. A 3d ultrasound is no excuse for not going to the OB.

I've been on the birth control pill Loestrin Fe24 since December (2006). I'm not good at taking it when I should and ended up missing two consecutive pills last week (Monday/Tuesday - 3/12 and 3/13). My fiancee and I had unprotected sex three times within those two days. I was on week two of my pills when I missed them. Since I missed them, my period began on Thursday (3/15). Is there any chance I could've gotten pregnant even though I started my period? If so, would my fertilized egg have survived the period? Also, I've stopped taking the pills for the rest of the month and won't be starting a new pack until I get my next regular period and chances are that I won't be having sex until the new pack is started.

As a relaxation technique I wanted to try to make a nice CD to listen to during labor. I've seen it recommended on several sites and the hospital I will deliver at encourages use of many things-birthing ball, birthing tub etc...I was going to just compile a few songs of inspiration, motherly type, just overall nice songs just to have it as an available option. I know in the actual situation somethings go out the window but can't say I didnt try! Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Iam 14.5 weeks preg and within the last week my stomache seems to have gotten smaller instead of bigger. Even my husband who has been gone for the last week saw me today and agreed that it looked smaller. Has anyone else had the same thing happen?

My 25 yr old sister is a little over 20 weeks pregnant and has gained 15 lbs and barely shows. She is still really small and before she got pregnant she was 22 lbs. She went to the doctor yesturday and he said she may be gaining too much and may have to start watching what shes eatin and may need to eat less. That made me really mad when i heard that because my sister is allready self-concious and is worried to get fat and hardly eats anything! I keep telling her to eat more.. all she eats everyday is like a bowl of cereal with fruit in the morning, sandwich and veggies at noon, a fruit or veggie snack then a type of meat for dinner. Also has not ate any junk food.So its not like she over eats at ALL! But why would the doctor say that?? Is it really that big of a deal if you gain more wieght than the "normal wieght gain" when your pregnant?! Cuz now im afraid she will not eat enough after the doctor has told her she may be gaining too much. Please tell me what you think : )Thanks

Ok so lately ive been stupidly tired waking up feeling like complete crap and of course i put it all down to just eating something a bit dodgy, but usually when that happens its gone within like a day im usually very resiliant. but this past week i have been knocked for six, feeling fine 1 moment - feeling awful the next, terrbile mood swings, ive put some weight on aswell without doing anything out of the ordinary. ive had 3 ppl ask me if i could b pregnant and sum1 told me today i was glowing now this has really started the paranoia! what exact symptons do u get and when? i guess there could b a chance but ive had a period since the last time i had unprotected sex - i know its still possible tho from readin other questions. i just need to know exactly what u get and what other ppl may think. i think im bein silly but thought id ask - i think im gonna take a test this weekend cause i just gotta know

I did not start my period on the scheduled day. A week after my previous period i noticed that i was bleeding a little bit, but im not sure what it meant. I bled a little on tuesday twice and once thursday. I had no cramps or other period like sumptoms. and it is now seven days after my scheduled period date i have not had it. I have been having unprotected sex with the same person regularly for about four months. I am not sure what to do and i cannot afford a pregnancy test? Am i pregnant? Or could it be something else?
