Pregnancy actually does last 10 months, 10 lunar months- If you mean 10 weeks, I am not sure. There are many other alternatives to abortion. There are so many women out there that cannot have children, do you know what a nice home one of them could give your child. I have something you should look at before you decide to abort-- click the link below

I just have to say to the people who are saying pregnancy is 10 months...a month is not just 4 weeks, besides February. A month is 4 weeks and 2 or 3 days. The 2 or 3 days for nine months add up to another 4 weeks. Pregnancy is still approximately 9 months. And no, you can't abort at 10 months...or at any point in the pregnancy after 24 weeks, which is about 5 months.

at 10 months pregnant you should have had the baby if your talking 10 weeks then i would never consider abortion myself that child has a right to life, and you can have an abortion until your 5 months i believe medical complications can occur if you do it after 5 months . There are other options besides abortion before even considering abortion look into other options... or next time use a condom and get on birth control

Just so everyone knows, the TRUE gestational period for a human IS in fact 10 months. Not very many woman carry to the full term. It's 40 weeks. Most woman deliver around 36 weeks or so. Look into some medical sites.

as your full term and baby is about to be born NO you stupid person

you carry a baby for 40 weeks people its 10 month NOT 9
for you not so bright people out there
On the average, a normal pregnancy lasts 266 days (38 weeks) from the day you conceive and 280 days (40 weeks) from the first day of your LMP.

Wait a minute! That's almost 10 months! That can't be right!

Actually, if you take 38 weeks and divide by four to get 9 1/2 months, or divide 40 weeks by four to get 10 months, you're calculating lunar months, which are shorter than calendar months.

If you're talking 40 weeks = 10 months, legally in the US, YES you CAN have an abortion. Most states have attempted to pass partial birth abortion laws but most are struck down by our liberal courts. Ever heard of George Tiller- aka Tiller the Killer of Oklahoma , he aborts babies right up to the very end... LEGALLY.

10 "months" or 10 weeks, doesn't matter.. you can be 10 days overdue and get an abortion LEGALLY. It's sickening and it's TRUTH! You look it up if you don't believe me.

Part of the reason it stay legal is because of people like Nancy Pelosi who says that a baby isn't a baby or part of a family until it GOES HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL!!!

There is no way some one can be 10 months pregnant. A pregnancy only lasts 9 months and I think then you have to be no more then 24 weeks along

Do you mean 10 weeks? If so then yes but barely.
