Well I think that once you have a baby (if you havent had it already) that it will become your main priority and you may not even have time for modeling.
But if you do, then you should try it out if you really want too. Just follow your heart. Just start excersizing and get down to your normal size and do all the things needed to model. Of course your pretty enouph, and plus different modeling agencies look for different looks so dont give up if one place doesnt like your look.
And dont drop out of school, that wouldnt be too smart. Just do night school or home school.
Good luck with everything <3

So what's the question? Are you pretty enough to be a model? Probably... will you make it? Probably not. Finish school and make something of your life. At the very least you'll have something to fall back on when your modeling career fails. I have seen so many young girls drop out of school after getting pregnant or because they thought they had what it takes to be models. 99% of them ended up as strippers at a 2nd rate strip club.
Have you ever done modeling work before? You're 17 if you haven't started by now, your chances are even less at making it. It's not impossible, but most models start at a very young age. It takes a lot of hard work and grooming to reach super-model status.
If you're really pregnant then you have to wait 9 months until the baby is born and close on 6 months to a year until your body is ready for modeling. You'll be nineteen by then and your bf could be gone, leaving you flat broke and alone with a child to raise.
It's not all about you when you get pregnant... you have a helpless little person who depends on you. Finish school and get a degree so you can give your child a proper life with all the opportunities it offers. Above-average intelligence isn't everything. If you have enough brains to post a question here, you have enough to get a qualification... you just need to work hard.
I'll add that you can always get your degree part time while working as a model. That's always an option, but don't give up on getting a proper education.
Good luck!

First of all you can model but wait until after the baby is born and you loose the baby fat!!! You are really pretty and so i bet you will get a modeling job somewhere. Sometimes you can even model with your baby!! Second i had sex with my BF when i was 15 and got pregnant. I am 16 with a 1 year old. You are 17 way more experienced than me!! So, just stay in school that is the best to do. Many schools offer a teen parenting program get enrolled with that!! It will help. It is hard and you have to be flexible but you are probably smarter and more flexible than i was!! Stick with school DONT DROP OUT!! it is not worth it

Yes, schooling is important. I'm a former 17 pregnant high school student, but I didn't dropout. At least apply yourself to General Education Diploma classes, and take the test. The most simplest easiest, and crappiest jobs want a diploma of some sort.
You have to think for moment. This baby will need things. It would be a good idea to start saving.
You can try modeling. Start by googleing, or searching for Model Agencies close to you and submit some photos, or make visits.

I will not look on your myspace because that would be a waste of time. You better hope that you don't get stretch marks and other thing. You shouldn't drop out of school that would be idiotic. Get an education have your baby and then think about the other things you want to do. besides modeling isn't just about looks, its about personality too and noone wants a dumb model. I'm 15 and even I know better. Besides if you don't become a model what are you going to do depend on your boyfriend? Even so do something yourself and just finish high school.

You should def. finish school then think about modling after the baby, you should put it first. And im 16 and pregnant, and i have every intention of finishing school and going to colledge, i hope you have a supportive family, and your life is not ruined, you just got a gift a lil early! lol good luck and i hope you make the right decisions. Oh and maybe you should try an alternative school, you still get a diploma but you can graduate faster if youre not a senior, im a sophmore and could graduate next year if i work really hard to get my credits.

finish school. It will be the best thing you can do to give yourself a chance to be successful in the future.
I don't want to dash your dreams of modeling...but pregnancy REALLY changes your body. There are permanent effects (such as stretch marks) You could always think about modeling maternity while you are pregnant. A lot of beautiful women model maternity clothes.
You don't want to be depending on your boyfriend for everything. You need to know that you can hold your own, or your relationship will never be balanced.
Good luck.

I was in the same situation. I stayed in school and went to graduation ceremony 9 months pregnant :) the baby came 6 days later, lol. All my friends kept joking for me to pretend that my water broke or something if the valedictorian speech was boring. Anyway, i found focusing in school difficult so i (along with the hubby) signed up for independent studies and we did all of our work and studying at home and just checked in/turned in assignments every week to our independent studies coordinator. Its not homeschool, cuz with homeschool you had to have a teacher and stuff. So, talk to your counselor and see if you have something like that if you're getting too sick to go to school (most days i'd vomit at the front gate :( ) I am now a college student with 2 kids :) If you want the best for you're child you'll take advantage of every opportunity thrown at you.

you should finish school either way. i got pregnant when i was 16 yrs old and dropped out because i had medical problems during the pregnancy of my son. i went back and got my GED which i found out was much harder. now i'm in my 4th year of medical school and i'm going to become a doctor i'm 23 years old now and it has been tough but anything is possible.
checked out your picture and i think you are very pretty, modeling is something i believe you could do.
good luck and keep your head up.
