Pimples can happen everywhere, face, body parts, and even genitals. But if you don't feel comfortable, don't do anything you don't want to, if he does respect you and love you, he'll understand.
Good luck!

Well-- let me start by saying if you don't want to do something--- Don't do it. If you are not comfortable with the idea then I highly doubt it will bring you closer emotionally or strengthen your relationship. Anal is something you tend to either really like or you hate. It can be very pleasurable for some people. But it isn't for everyone. You don't need to fullfill every fantasy of his. Some times thing can just stay a fantasy. And he should be fine with that. If he isn't then prehaps he isn't worth your time. If you still want to do it I will try to help. It might help if he inserted a finger or two to get you comfortable with insertion first. Or use a toy that is made for anal. Then when you are ready have him wear a condom. It is just cleaner that way and it will allow you more freedom in sex. Use lube, but don't use a ton either. As you don't want it to be so lubed up that he it goes in faster than you want. Then have him go slowly--- have him only proceed was you are comfortable with. You should be the director of this show. Then if you at any time want vaginal penetration you can have him simply withdraw and take of the condom and put a new one on. Or if you are on birth control he can just leave it off. But you never want to go from anal to vaginal unless he has worn a condom and taken it off. Because bacteria from the anus could get into your vagina otherwise. Other than that, try to have fun. Experiment with different positions. Have him stimulate you externally. This should be about both of you-- not just his enjoyment.

First off, that has nothing to do with pregnancy. Just had to get that out of the way. Secondly, does it look like a pimple? If not, get it checked.

Ok, are you asking about whether he may or may not have an STD like herpes or something? If it is on his thigh, no. If you are asking whether you should do some things with him, if you have to ask on here, in the completely wrong area, no...

How old are you? If you feel at all uncomfortable doing things with him then you are not ready to take on the responsibilities that come along with a physical relationship.

Most likely it's an ingrown hair - if it's only on his thigh. If you see anything on his penis or his balls - then be concerned. :)
