I experienced these kind of pains during pregnancy too. My doc explained that it was my body getting ready to deliver. Sometimes it felt like stabbing pains in the vagina. Your muscles are getting ready for delivery. It is often around this time that a woman starts to waddle like a duck. Her pelvis is relaxing due to hormones being released in anticipation for delivery. As you are seeing your doctor quite frequently now, mention it. The baby may drop soon as well. Thigh pain, back pain, upset stomach all of these things are the wonderful part of the last month.

Good Luck

I had similar when i had my first baby. It could be 3 things though; real contractions, Braxton Hicks (false contractions) or you baby is is the wrong position leaning against something causing you pain.

Try lying down on the side for a bit and see if that helps. If baby is in worng postion he/she may move.

Ask your doc if youcan have panadol or something similar.

Good luck

Sounds like ur describing typical late pregnancy pains. The baby is moving down so things will be different now.

My midwife describes it as having a knitting needle jabbed up into you - is that it? If so, it is surely the child's head urgent down to your cervix (particularly takes your breath away!). It additionally sounds just like the ligaments on your pubic bone and down into your thighs are providing you with a few drawback too- all I can say is ouch, I'm there too and just a few extra weeks to move!
