I live in Miami, FL. Does anyone know the price of a DNA test? My boyfriend keeps saying he thinks its not his baby and Im 4 months pregnant. Its driving me crazy and I want to shut him up!

I am getting sharp stabby pains in my belly, probably every 5 minutes. They arent too bad, but hurt enough to make me go 'ouch' i have had braxton hicks (which seem uncomfy but dont hurt) do you think this is just really strong braxton h icks>?

I got married last month and because I didnt want to be on my period on our honeymoon, I stopped it by starting a new pack instead of taking the last week of pills (ortho tri cyclin). Well normally I would have started my period on the 16th or 17th. I dont feel pregnant (I am a mom so I know what it feels like) but at the same time it is worrying me because we are not financally ready yet. I have not taken a test yet because like I said I dont feel pregnant. I am just wondering since I messed with my cycle on the pill, would it have messed it up more than I thought?

I'm 35 weeks pregnant and my group b strep test came back positive. I'm wanting to hear your stories about what happened with you and your babies ....if you had the GBS come back positive. My OB put me on amoxicillin that I'll take for the next 7 days and he said that when I go into labor, he'll make sure I get IV antibiotics.

Also, I believe that my weight gain has kind of been not good. I've only gained 12 pounds. I'm measuring 31 cm. (I'm 5 foot tall and weighed about 115 before this pregnancy, and have one other child)

should "suffer the consequences" of having a baby and raising it when asked about their opinions on abortion. Is that why we have so many rotten people in the world today, because their mothers were forced to raise them as punishment for some perceived "sin?"

They always add that the baby should not be made to suffer for the "sins" of the parents, what better way to make a child suffer than to force them to be raised by people who resent their very existence?

I am 10 weeks pregnant right now and for some reason have a loss of appetite. It doesnt have to do with fear of gaining weight cause i could care less about that its natural and i'll eventually lose it when the baby is born but lately i just havent been hungry that much and sometimes have to force myself to eat meals. Has anyone else had this problem. I'm not sure if this is because i have been feeling sick a lot or if its something to call up my doctor and ask him about.. Any advice?

Hey guys,
Was wondering whether you can get implantation bleeding around the time of your scheduled period. I am due tomorrow and today have had some think brown discharge that I don't usually get around this time. Usually if I am getting my period it would be light pink, but this is really a dark brown. Was just curious..?

Had to go to the ER last night because I was having contractions. They put me on a machine and said I was having minor contractions and then they did an exam and said I wasnt dialating so they sent me home. Today Ive been having the same pain just more often...is there anything I could do to make these more than MINOR contractions so when I go to the ER next time they do more than just send me back home? Or do I just have to wait it out?? Please help.

Anybody almost 8 weeks along, (i'm due between 11/2/07 and 11/7/07), have no symptoms? The doctor tells you everything is fine and the baby is good, but you feel like when you go back the next time for a check-up, that the baby won't be there or something? My whole family is excited, and i just don't "feel" pregnant, so i feel stupid when they are making a big deal over me, you know? Anybody out there feel me?

i am on my 7th pregnancy and i've had 3 miscarriages in the past, the last one on 1/31/07 now i'm pregnant again and scared that i might lose this baby again.with my other 3 pregnancies i took some medicine that i was able to get from another country and now i'm not able to do that,i had to take this medicine because my first 2 pregnancies resulted in miscarriages and had to take this medicine troughout my pregnancies(since the 1st day i knew i was pregnant till after they were born) does anybody know how i can prevent this from happening again?after my first 2 preg. the doctor told me that i probably had a weak uterus and maybe that's why this was happening could this be true?

ok well my best friends told me she was on birth control and she had been taking them for a month (that was in december) she missed one pill and had unprotected sex (he came inside her!!!) after that day she started taking the pill again. She stopped taking it because she bacame really sick and started throwing up a lot. She got her period after that (which was her 2nd one that month and she says it was lighter than usual) Now she hasn't gotten her period in 12 weeks... I told her she might be pregnant . Can anything else be wrong?!?! I really want her to be pregnant because that means we would be having our babies around the same time!!!! Can I please get reall answers this is very important to me.

Ok I know the chances of getting Toxioplasmosis are very rare. Many people are lead to believe they should dump there cats & that if you touch kitty litter well you have it. I know this isnt true in alot of cases. I know that if you have had the cat for awhile chances are you are already exposed and are immune & therefore so is your fetus. I know that if you change you litter regularly the eggs to not even have a chance to infect you & I know that if you cat is an indoor cat chances are it is not infected at all. I know these all to be true because I have researched it

That being said the other day I was brushing my teeth. I Put it down on my sink & then picked it up again to put it in the medicine cabinet. When I looked down there was a clump of litter where my toothbrush was. Apparently the cat had tracked it & jumped on the counter and left it there. I do not know if my toothbrush became exposed & then it went in my mouth

I've found out I'm pregnant and don't have medical insurance so I am applying for Medicaid. I got the proof of pregnancy form and am currently filling out the application. I don’t understand the whole adding two weeks onto your pregnancy… the ob said im 7 weeks pregnant and that was the 13th…so that would mean I would have only been 5?? I went for my sonogram on Monday and she said I was 6 weeks and 1 day…which means I would only be 4 weeks and 1 day?? Someone clarify please?? And who is more accurate?? The Ob or sonogram lady lol?? Would I have been able to hear the heart beat if it was only 4 weeks? And would I have been able to see the cute little blob? I’m just really confused and need a detailed explanation lol ive been trying to explain it to my mom…but have no clue how..and I kind of want to know if the whole scenario is even right…ive only heard from a few people you subtract 2 weeks…
