Every 4 weeks is one month. You are pregnant for a total of 40 weeks, aka 10 months... not the standard 9 most people say... unless you view being pregnant to the end of your 9th month as being 9 months pregnant.
Here is an average fetal weight and length chart.
http://www.babycenter.com/general/fetaldevelopment/pregnancy/1290794.html
At 28 weeks the average fetus weighs 2.22lbs and 1kg=2.2lbs you're right on track.
If ever you're curious if everything is 'normal' though ask your doc. If she's not concerned then you shouldn't be.

Your baby is a healthy weight for seven months. I had my son prematurely at 30 weeks and he was 3lbs, but that is big for a 30 weeker. I have seen allot smaller babies brought in the NICU while my son was there that was 28 weeks and they were a pound and sometimes less than that. It sounds small, but don't worry, I can safely say that because I saw so much. Your baby will be putting on more weight in these last few months. Congrats!

1 kilogram = 2.2lbs. Yes that is about normal for only 28 weeks. If the doctor was concerned he would have said something at the time. All guesses as to the baby's size are fairly innaccurate and irrelevant at this stage anyway. As long as the baby is growing at a steady rate you shouldn't worry.
If you are worried about your baby please speak to your doctor or midwife when you are there. If you find it difficult to ask questions try writing them down before you go or taking someone else with you to the appointments. It's for your own peace of mind :)
Good luck and congratulations on your baby!!

If you are just begining your 28th week, then you have completed 7 months. Because in one week you will be 7 months and one week. As for the weight of the baby, as long as the doctor does not seem concerned, I would not worry about it.

Yes it's normal. I would check the calendars you can get online by Googling "28 weeks". They give approximate size and weight of baby.

first of all duhhh! he's so in <3 with you. First reason might he punch you if he would not such as you? He picked up your pen to get interest. He cant get his eyes of you coz he likes you and he thinks your exceptionally. 4th one is likewise to get your interest. And the 5th one is coz he observed you. So definately sure he's has a extreme overwhelm on you!
