is it true that having too much ultrasound can harm me and the baby?i am 8 wks pregnant and had 2 ultrasound this mnth...I am going to have my 3rd ultrasound this 30th of the mnth...but some of my friends said that this is not healthy..my doctor said that I have to go through ultrasound to be able to sure that my baby is healthy and doing well...but i am worried...

I am 19 and about a month ago i was sleeping in my bf's bed naked when he woke me up and started dry humping me with his underwear on. Afterwards he ejaculated and i could feel the moisture on my vaginal region. I know that when both people are wearign clothes the likelihood of pregnancy is very low but what are the odds when he was only in his underpants? I am one week late fo r my period which is unusual considering that i get it twice every month? Any feedback would be highly desired. Thanks guys

hi..yesterday i completed my eighth week..i had undergone scanning..i am carrying twins!!! the doctor said that the babies are sharing one placenta which means i should take special care on my diet etc. he also said that there is a risk of one baby consuming more food leaving not enough food for the other..is it a case of identical twins? what i want to know is whether it is a complicated case or the doctor just told me to take proper care...does anybody have an experience like this..i would also like to get an ideal diet chart for a day( i am vegetarian)..i am taking multivitamins, calcium and fish oil as recommended by the doctor..

My bestfriend is pregnant, her bf is telling her that she shouldnt do ultra sounds because they are harmful on the baby ( or maybe getting a lot would harm the baby?). He also thinks that if she yells she can loose the baby. what about this.

my doc gave me some pamphlets and let him know if i will want to have this done. Isnt it just taking blood to check for disease?
is it invasive?
does everybody get it done.

i just dont know what it is or why it would be a big deal, hes already taken my blood 4 times.

I asked a question the other day and no one answered it seriously and i am being serious, i am 17 and i am 3 days late on my period it may not sound like a lot but i have had the same cycle since i started my period at 11 i took a pregnancy test and it came back negative, i think i might be preggo only because i am having the symptoms but i wanted to know what else could cause this besides stress because i am not stressed out can anyone tell me what to do or what to expect when i go to the doctors next week??? serious answers only i am only asking for help

Hi there. As it says in the title. Ever since I found out we were going to have a baby, i have been the happiest man alive. Unfortuanlty our relationship hasnt. From the get go even though it was unplanned and it couldnt have come at a worse time I have promised to stand by her. Everything was going ok until her ex came back into her life when he found out she was pregnant. She says they are still friends and wanted to tell him, which is cool, but he never went away. He was always there, then i picked up on some flirting going on between the two of them, like playing with each others hair I made it quite clear I had a problem with this and she told me i was seeing things and was looking for it. She keeps on doing it and tell me they have a long past and i shouldnt expect her to change the way she behaves around him. I tried to do this but she is the future mother of our unborn child and just cant do it. She was doing again the other day and I just exploded,so she broke up with me

how did you know you had a miscarriage? i am about 10 weeks pregnant and i am experiencing sharp stomach pains. they come and go like every other day. does this mean anything cuz with my previous pregnancy i never had any sharp pains?

my close friend had one a miscarriage and she said she had intense pain and severe bleeding. then the baby just fell out so she was rushed to the ER.

however, my cousin had a miscarriage and she said she didn't even know. she had no bleeding and no pains. her obgyn told her she had a miscarriage at her appointment.

I've engaged in dry sex with little or no fluid with clothes on 3 days before my [3-day, short] period. Then after that, the next day, there were light pink blood-I don't know if that's implantation-.I have been having cramps whis whole time, I feel like vomitting, my breasts have been tender the whole time too and I think my stomach is getting bigger and I feel dizzy sometimes and exhausted. My stomach looks bigger!!! I saw 2 doctors (1 of which I saw 3 times, telling me she doesn't think so and that's it's just guilt) , and a clinician twice who found me kind of irritating saying I couln't have! + I wanna know: IF I'M SHOWING ALL THESE SYMPTOMS, WILL THE TEST BE ACCURATE?
The light blood did come after a week! That's what I'm worried about and I just remembered
I did take a blood test a week after.-negative- I think it's too early. So i don't know!mY BOOBS are kinda pinchy and sore. It was like that the whole timeand my nippes too.

Okay here is the deal the last time I had sex was on March 2, and we used protection(condoms) I had not been feeling any pregnant symthoms but this morning I had like a small morning sickness. I took the early test and came back negative. last night befor I went to sleep I had cramps I usally have them three or four days befor my period.
