I have 2 children via C-section...prior to pregnancy and even after the 1st one I had a fabulous tummy. One to be jealous of. I never really worked at it much...I suppose a little bit of dancing and walking was all the exercise I did. Still, I had what I call a 'flap of fat' directly under the c-section scar...It was loose and wouldn't go away...now after my 2nd that area is 4 times as big! After the 1st one, if I would wear clothes...it was hidden, but now its not. I cannot conceal it unless I am wearing a dress.
Help me! What exercises should I do...foods to eat..not eat...something. I workout 5 times a week. I run 3 times a week. I workout for 30+ mins a time. I thought I was doing my part...yet I am still 20lbs overweight..I gained 70 total and lost 50...but still I need help!
