Pregnancy - March 2007

ok i just feel like i am pregnant and i have some symptoms that i dont normally have when i get my period (which is due tomorrow) i have taken 4 tests so far the first was negative and the other 3 have faint lines the first i am not sure when the line showed up because i did not think the test was working and left after 2 minutes then i came back later on and there was a faint but noticable line and i was not going to consider it a positive so i decided it was probably an evap line it was with a cvs brand and then i took another and there is also a faint line on that but it is hard to see and the last test i took was a first response and i am embarrased to say i was not looking at it in good lighting when i was trying to read it i took that one at like 11:30 last night and when i looked this morning it also had a fiant line i do plan on waiting until a day or so after i miss my period to test ine last time myself before seeing a doctor but do you think they are positive or evap lines?

I am 34w.

My ribs are killing me. It is like she is fully stretched out and pushing against my insides.

I attend a lot of meetings for my job -- so it is hard to change position (since I am sitting at a conference room table).

Any advice?

I had my last period 2/29. On Sunday, 3/11, I had sex, but we used a condom the whole time. I started spotting Friday, 3/16, and that lasted for two days. I know the earliest I could have ovulated was Monday, 3/12. I'm not due to start my period until Monday, 3/26. I also can feel my left side. Its not really a pain. But, is this pretty much early signs of pregnancy? I know you can bleed when you ovulate, but I don't see why I'd still feel my left side after 4 days.

I'm 5 weeks pregnant, had some bleeding/spotting last wk and waiting for Sat when I go for my scan. I've noticed that my breast tenderness seems to be changing by the hour - from fine to sore to fine again. My pregnancy tests are still positive. Is this normal?

A month after this event, she confronted me stating she had missed her period and was worried of being pregnant. I had an initial freak-out, but was able to subdue myself to think rationally. We decided to take a pregnancy test, duh. However, the following day (the day that she had planned to take the test) she came to me saying that she had her period. Relieved. I again asked her to take the pregnancy test just as a precaution, to prepare for the worst. She assured me it was OK and that would not be necessary. With that, I did not persist, left her and have not spoken with her since.

But it gets worse, yesterday, a very good friend of mine said to me, "ya know, that girl you were with back when looked, umm, pregnant..."

This is where I'm at, what do I do if she's pregnant, if so, she's obviously been deceitful and do I have responsibilities for the pregnancy?

We had an ultra sound done at 18 weeks and 5 days and the tech. said that she thinks we're having a boy .. then he got in another position and she said, yes, it's a boy. She said she was 99.9% sure.
I saw what she pointed out as the penis .. and my husband said he saw the two white dots that were supposed to be testicles. Well, all this time I've been thinking its a boy (I even felt that BEFORE the ultrasound).
But, I am now 24 weeks and we are buying the clothes, the crib, the bedding, the dressor, we have the name .. and scheduling my baby shower and I'm worried that maybe that .01% chance it's not a boy!! it might be a girl.
eeek!
is it normal to start second guessing when you start buying clothes and planning the shower?
If she said it was a penis and two testicles @ 99.9% sure .. should I just go with it?
at 18 weeks and 5 days its a pretty clear shot, right???

I cant exactly remember when my period ended but i know it lasted for five days i think it was from the 19th of febuary to the 23rd! Now i am hoping i am pregnant because i havent gotten my period i took a test two 1/2 weeks ago and it was negative when should i take another i am very anxious and dont want to have to wait to long please give me the best advice you can what day and time would i get the best results? please reply

I know that ive read headaches were common when your pregnant. ive been getting a headache right behind my eyes, so light hurts it and my eyes burn. And they seem to be everyday. Im wondering what causes the headaches and if its ok to take tylenol everyday.

No offense to anyone, this is a silly question. My sister told me that when your having a boy you get pregnant glow because of the testosterone in your body, but when having a girl they steal your looks and suck all the estrogen out? This may be dumb but I was just wondering opinions.

my 1st doc appt. was yesterday, i am about 12 weeks and she said my uterus was to big to be just 12 weeks. puzzled as i was i said what does that mean she said the weeks could be wrong but i know my conception date was dec. 28th 2006 so there could only be a week there and she said well it could be two WHOA! i said twins she said we'll do an ultrasound tomorrow to find out so if anyone has anything to happen to them like this share your stories with me or tell me if you had twins or not thanks.

I just found out i am 10 weeks and 6 days. (that was yeserday. and today went to push really hard for stool to come out.. and it kind of hurt.. now in tummy.. but no bleeding..
I push really hard. and i scary i am going to harm the baby.. i know i maybe sound stupid... to ask this.
can i harm the baby when i having movement with stool. Because i had miscarriage last year and i donot wanted just my mistake to harm the baby by push too hard.
Now i am worry.. I do not see mid-wife until next monday.
Hope you can say nice things or say something where i can be more careful and be more safe..
Please do not be mean..
And i donot wanted to wanted to share this but i am kind of worry.. i am harm my unborn child.

thanks for anyone who know what i can do without harm my child.. because i get worry easy..

i bleed every month like a period but only difference is it only last for 1 day and 1/2 and i spot at end

i wanted to know if anybody else has experienced this it would make me feel better to know someone else has gone throw same thing even if the doctor says im fine it would still help me feel better thank you all to who respond

If so what happened? I am 35 wks today and found out that my fluid levels are at 7.1 and if they are near 5 next week they are going to deliver the baby. Just needing some reassurance at the moment.. thanks all.

OH MY GOSH so i was bummed to find out the week that my U/S was sched. was the week of easter (the only week this whole pregnancy that i will be gone) im so pumped to find out the sex its driving me nuts. but i just called the dr and made it for the 3rd of apr. Hope its not to soon what is the week that they can actully start to tell? iv heard 12 but then they dont look until the 18th so idk. and my babygaga counter told me i could find out at 16 wks sooooooo im just a little confused...

oh and about the washer/dryer thing My boyfriend and I r moving into an appartment and me the one who does the wash knows its way more convin. to have one in the ap. but to get one in the appartment it would be 80$ a month IS this worth it? (we do have one in the basement but it will cost 1.00 per load.) .. and its creepy down there...

so i hope some of u can help me with my 2 questions. thanks!

First day of last menstrual period = day one of pregnancy (even though you haven't even conceived yet!)

Around 2 weeks after the first day of your last menstrual period = conception (already 2 weeks pregnant!)

Around 4 weeks after the first day of your last menstrual period = period is due - you notice that you missed it and discover you're pregnant - already 4 weeks along!

And so on and so forth. It's confusing, but the weeks of pregnancy do not start at conception or implantation. They start at the first day of your last normal menstrual period
LMP 8/8/06 in saying this did I conceieve July or Aug?

if i don't eat regular (1 meal a day) i hit myself in the stomach everyday, i eat alot of snack like hot chips alot pick up heavy weights can i lose my baby
