I am 34w.

My ribs are killing me. It is like she is fully stretched out and pushing against my insides.

I attend a lot of meetings for my job -- so it is hard to change position (since I am sitting at a conference room table).

Any advice?

I've had the same problem with all 3 of my pregnancies. It is definately worse when sitting but leaning back seems to help.

It's actually taken me until my 3rd pregnancy to figure this out, but it's brought me HUGE amounts of relief- a no-wire bra! I figured out that the rib pain was not so bad when I wasn't wearing my bra and so I decided to try a no-wire bra and since then I still occassionally get the pains but they are nowhere near as often or as bad. I highly highly recommend the victorias secret no-wire bra. I think it's called IPEX. Not positive though.

Hope this helps! From a mom who's been there!!!

I thought I was the only one with rib pain. I apply a little pressure to the area and the baby moves.

Prop a pillow behind the middle of your back so it stretches your stomach out so the baby will have more room to move.
