my last period was oct 21st or 25th.i had a ultrasound done when i first had a positive home test .home test was on dec 7 ultrasound was on the 8th and it said i was 6 weeks and 5 days.

I'm just a few days behind you I think you more than likely concieved at the end of October Maybe the beginning of november but my money would be october

I am 21 weeks today with twins and I had fertility treatment so I know exactly when things happened. I had my IUI (insemination) on November 6th. I ovulated November 7th. It takes 5 days for the sperms to reach the egg (conception). I took my pregnancy test on November 17th (11 days post ovulation) and it was positive.

No, it is almost impossible to have conceived on November 18th.
