It is not common - however, as long as there is a mature egg released that gets fertilized, and it implants into your uterus - then you can get pregnant!
Most often this would happen in a young women just beginning her period, OR a women who is EXTREMELY irregular!

The possibility is extremely rare, however, there is still that risk. But if you experience regularity in your period, then it will be low to zero risk. Unfortunately, if you suffer from irregular menstrual cycle, there's about 25 to 30 % chance you might get pregnant.
It is still advisable to use contraceptives when engaging in any sexual activities since it doesn't only reduce the risk of pregnancy when properly utilized, it also offers some protection from STDs.

i wouldnt be surprised if you could coz i know you can still be pregnant and get your period too so ladies be carful coz though this is a rare scenario it stil can happen
