I will give you a quote as opposed to an opinion...
Q: "Is it safe to sleep on your stomach while pregnant".
A: It is almost always safe to sleep on your stomach. There is no problem sleeping on your stomach in early pregnancy. At this point your uterus is still nestled behind your pubic bone, so its totally protected. Later in pregnancy , stomach sleeping will just become uncomfortable for you. You would be uncomfortable long before you could ever hurt your baby

it's fine to sleep on your stomach. right now the baby is too small for slepping on your stomach to affect it. once you start getting bigger, it will become uncomfortable, then is when you should stop sleeping on your stomach. I slept on my stomach until I was around 5-5 1/2 mo with all four of my children and they are all fine

Yes, maybe prop you stomach up on a pillow on one side. When you get big it won't be possible to sleep on your stomach but you can prop up on pillows, which is what I did.

Yeah it's fine. I am a tummy sleeper. As I got bigger I was just more on my side, with a pillow proping me up. You'll find ways to get comfortable.

well i kept waking up on my stomache when i was about that far along. its better to try not to . if u sleep on the left side it allows more blood flow to baby/thru placenta.

As long as you don't have a bump yet you should be fine. There is lots of cushioning for your baby so it really shouldn't hurt him/her.

I think it is fine until you get so big that it is uncomfortable because there will come a time when it is impossible!!!

No don't do it . Don't take ANY drugs either , EVEN if the doctor says its okay , later they could find out that the drug does something bad like the whole Paxil thing.
